本实用新型公开了一种新型管材平头机,包括滑台、平头机和夹紧装置,关键是:设在滑台上的两端双平头机后端由变频调速动力电机驱动,双平头机前端各设有夹紧装置,夹紧装置包括一卡盘和六爪卡具,六爪卡具的上端各设有齿轮结构,六爪卡具下端靠近管件的方向各设有一液压油缸或液压马达驱动结构,两者相结合做细微调节更精准的夹住各种型号的管件,两端双平头机的下部各设有一个蜗轮蜗杆传动的滑台,以此使管件在平头行进中更平稳。本产品采用液压和齿轮相结合来锁紧钢管及管件,广泛的适应各种型号钢管和管件的平口及倒棱坡口的切削,同时切削进退采用了蜗轮传动,变频减速机调速,切削稳定,极大的保证了钢管及管件管端的焊接技术要求。

本实用新型涉及一种管材平头设备,特别适用于各种型号的螺旋钢管、直缝钢管、无缝钢管、各种管件管端的平口及倒棱坡口的切削。 
背景技术
传统的倒棱机使用各种型号的胎具,特别笨重,耗费人力、物力,调节费时,切削进退使用液压缸,切削不稳定,不能保证钢管及管件管端的焊接技术要求,而且耗费能源。因此,针对现有技术的不足,需要提供一种切削稳定,并能保证钢管及管件管端焊接技术要求的新型管材平头机。

针对现有技术的不足,本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种切削稳定,并能保证钢管及管件管端焊接技术要求的新型管材平头机。 
为解决以上技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案是:一种新型管材平头机,包括滑台、平头机和夹紧装置,关键是:设在滑台上的两端双平头机后端由变频调速动力电机驱动,双平头机前端各设有夹紧装置,所述夹紧装置包括一卡盘和六爪卡具,六爪夹具的上端各设有齿轮结构,六爪夹具下端靠近管件的方向各设有一液压油缸或液压马达驱动结构,两者相结合做细微调节更精准的夹住各种型号的管件,两端双平头机的下部各设有一个蜗轮蜗杆传动的滑台,以此使管件在平头行进中更平稳。 
本实用新型的有益效果:本产品采用液压和齿轮相结合来锁紧钢管及管件,广泛的适应标准及非标准的各种型号钢管和管件的平口及倒棱坡口的切削,同时切削进退采用了蜗轮传动,变频减速机调速,切削稳定,极大的保证了钢管 及管件管端的焊接技术要求。

如图1和图2所示,一种新型管材平头机,包括滑台1、平头机3和夹紧装置,其特征是:设在滑台1上的两端双平头机3后端由变频调速动力电机驱动2,双平头机3前端各设有夹紧装置,所述夹紧装置包括一卡盘4和六爪卡具6,六爪卡具的上端各设有齿轮结构5,六爪卡具6下端靠近管件的方向各设有一液压油缸或液压马达驱动结构7,两者相结合做细微调节更精准的夹住各种型号的管件8,两端双平头机3的下部各设有一个蜗轮蜗杆传动的滑台1,以此使管件8在平头行进中更平稳。
