本实用新型涉及制冷设备配件加工领域。不锈钢盘管内腔酸洗钝化生产线,多个液槽按工序先后依次排布,即酸洗液槽、中和液槽、钝化液槽、自来水液槽和去离子水液槽依次排布,每个液槽槽体上部带有进液管,槽体侧壁上带有排液管,其中酸洗液槽与不锈钢盘管内腔形成循环酸洗回路。本实用新型不锈钢盘管内腔酸洗钝化全过程清洗后的不锈钢盘管表面洁净,无可视氧化层。排放的清洗纯水透明,无杂质及可见油花,pH值应为6~9,系统充满0.5μs/cm纯水静置2小时后,电导率升高差值不超过0.3μs/cm,在100ml出水中,显微镜下,直径大于5μm的颗粒数不超过5000个。

本实用新型涉及制冷设备配件加工领域,特别是制冷用不锈钢盘管酸洗钝化生产线。
背景技术
不锈钢产品在加工过程中会出现黑色、黄色的氧化皮,为了提高不锈钢的外观和耐蚀性,加工后的不锈钢产品在投入使用前必须进行酸洗钝化处理,去除焊接、高温加工处理后产生的氧化皮,使处理后的表面形成一层以铬为主要物质的氧化膜,不会再产生二次氧蚀,达到钝化目的,从而提高不锈钢制品的表面防腐质量,延长设备使用寿命。目前不锈钢产品的酸洗钝化一般采用酸洗钝化液进行处理,而酸洗钝化液目前大多适合于小工件的浸泡操作,工艺复杂,设备投资大。
目前适用于不锈钢盘管内腔的酸洗钝化处理多采用酸洗钝化液处理,但一般酸洗钝化设备不专业,采用浸槽浸洗后,再经冲洗,中间周转周期长,人力物力投入大。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服上述不足问题,提供一种不锈钢盘管内腔酸洗钝化生产线,工艺设备布局合理、紧凑,加工周转方便,生产效率高,纯化精度佳。
本实用新型为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:不锈钢盘管内腔酸洗钝化生产线,多个液槽按工序先后依次排布,即酸洗液槽、中和液槽、钝化液槽、自来水液槽和去离子水液槽依次排布,每个液槽槽体上部带有进液管,槽体侧壁上带有排液管,其中酸洗液槽与不锈钢盘管内腔形成循环酸洗回路。
所述酸洗液槽进液管连通不锈钢盘管的出液口,酸洗液槽的排液管连通不锈钢盘管的进液口,排液管上安装有耐酸泵。
所述中和液槽、钝化液槽、自来水液槽和去离子水液槽的进液管分别连通不锈钢盘管的出液口,排液管分别连通不锈钢盘管的进液口,各排水管上均安装有离心泵,分别与不锈钢盘管形成循环回路。
所述不锈钢盘管出液口到地面的高度大于各液槽进液管和出液管高度。
所述酸洗液槽前端布置来料检查工作台。

具体实施方式:
如图1、2所示的不锈钢盘管内腔酸洗钝化生产线,酸洗液槽1前端布置来料检查工作台,按工序先后依次排布多个液槽即酸洗液槽1、中和液槽2、钝化液槽3、自来水液槽4和去离子水液槽5依次排布,每个液槽槽体上部带有进液管7,槽体侧壁上带有排液管8,其中酸洗液槽1与不锈钢盘管6形成循环酸洗回路,酸洗液槽进液管7连通不锈钢盘管的出液口,酸洗液槽的排液管8连通不锈钢盘管的进液口,排液管上安装有耐酸泵9,不锈钢盘管出液口到地面的高度H1大于各液槽进液管H2和出液管H3高度;中和液槽、钝化液槽、自来水液槽和去离子水液槽的进液管也分别连通不锈钢盘管的出液口,排液管分别连通不锈钢盘管的进液口,各排水管上均安装有离心泵10。
清洗时,首先在来料检查工作台上对所有来料进行检查,确保不锈钢盘管件应无焊渣、裂纹、严重划伤等其它机械损伤,以符合不锈钢酸洗钝化要求;酸洗液槽中加入配制好的酸洗液,符合酸洗钝化要求的不锈钢盘管浸入酸洗液槽中,常温泵循环90 min后将酸洗处理液排放,并回收酸洗液,利用压缩空气吹干酸洗液;经酸洗后的不锈钢盘管转入中和液槽中,中和不锈钢盘管表面的酸洗残液,再进入钝化液槽内进行钝化处理,酸洗钝化后的不锈钢盘管进入自来水液槽,冲洗水泵对酸洗残液排除干净,检查冲洗系统末端的滤网,直到完全没有杂质,即可进入去离子水液槽进行冲洗。在检验合格后,须将盘管内腔的残留水排出,可采用清洁的压缩空气或者氮气进行排水。为保证清洗后的盘管内腔清洁性,需采用氮气充满已封堵集管末端的盘管。
验收时经酸洗钝化处理后的不锈钢盘管不得有下列情况:
a) 工件经酸洗钝化暴露有结晶组织或者麻坑等过腐蚀现象(原材料缺陷除外);
b)工件经钝化后,表面有挂灰现象;
c)酸洗钝化后工件表面有残余的氧化物、机械杂质、污物等。

1.不锈钢盘管内腔酸洗钝化生产线,其特征是:多个液槽按工序先后依次排布,即酸洗液槽、中和液槽、钝化液槽、自来水液槽和去离子水液槽依次排布,每个液槽槽体上部带有进液管,槽体侧壁上带有排液管,其中酸洗液槽与不锈钢盘管形成循环酸洗回路。
2.根据权利要求1所述的不锈钢盘管内腔酸洗钝化生产线,其特征是:所述酸洗液槽进液管连通不锈钢盘管的出液口,酸洗液槽的排液管连通不锈钢盘管的进液口,排液管上安装有耐酸泵。
3.根据权利要求1所述的不锈钢盘管内腔酸洗钝化生产线,其特征是:所述中和液槽、钝化液槽、自来水液槽和去离子水液槽的进液管分别连通不锈钢盘管的出液口,排液管分别连通不锈钢盘管的进液口,各排水管上均安装有离心泵,分别与不锈钢盘管形成循环回路。
