Abstract
一种投料筛分装置，包括出料通道和振动筛，所述出料通道由上至下依次设有进料口和出料口，所述振动筛包括筛网和振动筛支架，所述筛网置于所述振动筛支架的底部，设有振动电机与振动筛连接，且置于所述振动筛支架的顶部，所述出料通道的上部的内壁上设有至少两个底座，每个所述底座上对应设有一个振动弹簧，所述振动筛置于该振动弹簧上。本实用新型将振动筛代替栅筛，并缩小筛孔的直径，用振动电机提供动力，使整个筛分装置在振动的状态下工作，从而能有效的提高分离效率，也能使大于筛孔的物料就能截留在筛网上，从而能除去物料的标签纸、结块物等，更好地保证产品质量。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种筛分装置，具体是指一种适用于置于粉体投料口的一种筛分装置。
技术背景
在饲料、化工、食品等行业生产中，加工过程中往往掺杂一些大的杂质，如标签纸、结块等，于是往往在两个工段交替的过程中需要对物料进行一个初步的筛分，以保证物料在进入下一个工段时减少杂质对其的干扰。
目前，很多企业采用的是在投料口放置栅筛，由于筛孔较大，有部分标签纸、和小结块物会流入物料中，这不仅对产品质量存在一定的隐患，而且也有可能损坏设备；由于该栅筛是固定不动的，这也会在一定程度上影响其筛分效果。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种消除质量隐患，提高筛分质量的一种投料的筛分装置。
为了实现本目的，本实用新型采用了如下的技术方案：
一种投料筛分装置，包括出料通道和振动筛，所述出料通道由上至下依次设有进料口和出料口，所述振动筛包括筛网和振动筛支架，所述筛网置于所述振动筛支架的底部，设有电机与振动筛连接，且置于所述振动筛支架的顶部，所述出料通道的上部的内壁上设有至少两个底座，每个所述底座上对应设有一个振动弹簧，所述振动筛置于该振动弹簧上。
优选的，所述电机为振动电机。
优选的，所述振动弹簧设有4个。
本实用新型将振动筛代替栅筛，并缩小筛孔的直径，用振动电机作动力，使整个筛分装置在振动的状态下工作，从而能有效的提高分离效率，也能使大于筛孔的物料就能截留在筛网上，从而能除去物料的标签纸、结块物等，更好地保证产品质量。

如附图1所示，一种投料筛分装置，包括出料通道1和振动筛2，出料通道由上至下依次设有进料口11和出料口12，振动筛2包括筛网21和振动筛支架22，筛网21的目数可以根据实际情况设定，并置于振动筛支架22的底部，设有振动电机23与振动筛22连接，且置于振动筛支架22的顶部，出料通道1的上部的内壁上设有四个底座13，每个底座13上对应设有一个振动弹簧14，振动筛2置于振动弹簧14上。其中振动电机23为振动筛22提供了动力，再由于有振动弹簧14，从而能更为有效地提高该投料筛分装置的振动频率。
本投料筛分装置在工作时，物料从进料口11进入出料通道1，经过筛网21，振动电机23带动振动筛22，物料经筛网21筛分，大于筛孔的杂质就能截留在筛网21上，过筛网21后的物料则经过出料口12，进入下一个工段，该物料中无标签纸、结块物等杂质，更好地保证了产品质量。

1.一种投料筛分装置，包括出料通道和振动筛，所述出料通道由上至下依次设有进料口和出料口，所述振动筛包括筛网和振动筛支架，所述筛网置于所述振动筛支架的底部，设有电机与振动筛连接，且置于所述振动筛支架的顶部，其特征在于，所述出料通道的上部的内壁上设有至少两个底座，每个所述底座上对应设有一个振动弹簧，所述振动筛置于该振动弹簧上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种投料筛分装置，其特征在于，所述电机为振动电机。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种投料筛分装置，其特征在于，所述振动弹簧设有四个。
