本实用新型涉及在电力、水泥、化工及钢铁等行业中使用到的耐磨设备,具体涉及一种中速磨辊套。
背景技术
目前,中速磨做为常用的耐磨设备,在电力、水泥、化工及钢铁等行业中普遍使用,原有的中速磨辊套采用的耐磨材料有四类:高锰钢、镍硬IV合金、高铬合金、表面堆焊。虽然从第一类到第四类,其材料硬度越来越高,耐磨性能也逐渐提高,但同时其脆性、断裂的危险性也大大增加,因而如何选择既具有高耐磨性能又可防止断裂的材料成为决定中速磨辊套耐磨材料的重要决定因素。
实用新型内容
本实用新型为了解决以上问题提供了一种抗冲击、耐磨性能好、使用寿命长的中速磨辊套。
本实用新型的技术方案是:包括磨辊套主体,所述的磨辊套主体表面复合有陶瓷颗粒层。
所述的陶瓷颗粒层为若干陶瓷颗粒相互粘连而成的网状结构。
所述的陶瓷颗粒层的厚度为25-50mm。
所述的磨辊套主体为高铬合金。
本实用新型利用高铬合金加固陶瓷颗粒层,使之均匀的分布于磨辊套主体中,将陶瓷材料的耐磨性和高铬合金的机械性能有机的结合起来,整个结构在三体磨料磨损工况中具有较高的耐磨性能及足够的抗冲击强度,使中速磨辊套的使用寿命在原有基础上延长2~4倍,能够满足中速磨对耐磨性能的使用要求。

一种中速磨辊套,所述磨辊套主体1为平形磨辊套,包括磨辊套主体1,所述的磨辊套主体1表面复合有陶瓷颗粒层2,所述的陶瓷颗粒层2为若干陶瓷颗粒相互粘连而成的网状结构,所述的陶瓷颗粒层2的厚度为25-50mm,所述的磨辊套主体1为高铬合金,所述的磨辊套主体1与陶瓷颗粒层2通过浇注方式连成一体。

一种中速磨辊套,所述磨辊套主体1为弧形磨辊套,包括磨辊套主体1,所述的磨辊套主体1表面复合有陶瓷颗粒层2,所述的陶瓷颗粒层2为若干陶瓷颗粒相互粘连而成的网状结构,所述的陶瓷颗粒层2的厚度为25-50mm,所述的磨辊套主体1为高铬合金,所述的磨辊套主体1与陶瓷颗粒层2通过浇注方式连成一体。
