Abstract
一种圆锥破碎机高耐磨复合轧臼壁、破碎壁，在轧臼壁、破碎壁本体的工作面上镶嵌有5-30mm的硬质合金棒。各个合金棒圆心之间的距离在10-50毫米之间，相邻两排的合金交错排布。本实用新型在原基础上为了进一步提高轧臼壁、破碎壁的使用寿命，在轧臼壁、破碎壁易磨部位增加耐磨合金棒，用于阻止破碎物料对轧臼壁、破碎壁的磨损，从而大大延长了轧臼壁、破碎壁的使用寿命。

本实用新型涉及破碎机械领域，特别涉及一种圆锥破碎机高耐磨复合轧臼壁、破碎壁。
背景技术
现有的圆锥破碎机使用的轧臼壁、破碎壁，大部分是使用高锰钢、或高铬铸铁、或中低碳合金钢堆焊生产的，虽然硬度达到了相关技术的标准要求，但是轧臼壁、破碎壁的使用寿命仍较短，轧臼壁、破碎壁的表面在所破碎物料的强力挤压冲击下，产生严重磨损，使用寿命并不高，需要定期更换新的轧臼壁、破碎壁，增加了运行成本。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的缺陷，进而提供一种圆锥破碎机高耐磨复合轧臼壁、破碎壁，能够有效的提高轧臼壁、破碎壁的使用寿命。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一种圆锥破碎机高耐磨复合轧臼壁、破碎壁，在轧臼壁、破碎壁本体的工作面上镶嵌有5-30mm的硬质合金棒。
各个合金棒圆心之间的距离在10-50毫米之间，相邻两排的合金交错排布。
本实用新型具有使物料在破碎过程中能提高轧臼壁、破碎壁使用寿命的优点，本实用新型在原基础上为了进一步提高轧臼壁、破碎壁的使用寿命，在轧臼壁、破碎壁易磨部位增加耐磨合金棒，用于阻止破碎物料对轧臼壁、破碎壁的磨损，从而大大延长了轧臼壁、破碎壁的使用寿命。

如图1、图2所示，一种圆锥破碎机高耐磨复合轧臼壁、破碎壁，在轧臼壁、破碎壁1本体的工作面上镶嵌有5-30mm的硬质合金棒2，各个合金棒2圆心之间的距离在10-50毫米之间，相邻两排的合金交错排布。

1.一种圆锥破碎机高耐磨复合轧臼壁、破碎壁，其特征是：在轧臼壁、破碎壁(1)本体的工作面上镶嵌有直径5-30mm的硬质合金棒(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种圆锥破碎机高耐磨复合轧臼壁、破碎壁，其特征是：各个合金棒(2)圆心之间的距离在10-50毫米之间，相邻两排的合金交错排布。
