本实用新型的目的在于提供一种电池电芯与保护板连接夹具，可避免保护板与电池电芯连接点焊时位置移动造成的品质问题。
为了实现本目的，本实用新型采用了如下的技术方案：
一种电池电芯与保护板连接夹具，包括一块基板，所述基板为长方体，所述基板设有电芯定位槽和保护板定位槽，所述电芯定位槽在长方体的正表面，所述保护板定位槽在长方体的上表面。
所述保护板定位槽与电芯定位槽为垂直方向连接，将电池电芯的导电方向与保护板导线连接，进行点焊操作。
本实用新型在工作时，将保护板放入保护板定位槽上，通过上面的一些定位卡位对保护板进行定位，然后将电芯放入电池电芯定位槽上，再将整个夹具移到电焊机焊针下方左右移动进行正极和负极的焊接。

如附图1所示，一种电池电芯与保护板连接夹具，包括一块基板1，基板1为长方体，基板1设有电芯定位槽2和保护板定位槽3，电芯定位槽2在长方体的正表面，保护板定位槽3在长方体的上表面。
保护板定位槽3与电芯定位槽2为垂直方向连接，将电池电芯的导电方向与保护板导线连接，进行点焊操作，保护板定位槽3的深度跟保护板的厚度一致，电池电芯定位槽2的深度跟电池电芯的厚度一致。
将保护板放入保护板定位槽3上，通过定位卡位对保护板进行定位，将电芯放入电池电芯定位槽2上，通过定位卡位对电池电芯进行定位，确保保护板和电池电芯的紧密连接，再将整个夹具移到电焊机焊针下方左右移动进行正极和负极的焊接。
本实用新型制作简单，操作方便，对位准确，提高工作效率，降低生产成本。
