中国实用新型专利号：200820016818.2公开了一种应用于煤矿井下巷道支护操作的滑模支撑杆接头,利用螺栓联接原理,使钢管支撑杆联接方便,提高施工效率,包含有钢管支撑杆I和钢管支撑杆II,在钢管支撑杆I和钢管支撑杆II需要联接的端部分别设有孔,螺栓帽和螺栓杆分别通过孔焊接在钢管支撑杆I和钢管支撑杆II上。
一般情况下的滑模装置所用支撑杆直径为48MM的钢管，由于钢管中间部分是空心的，因此承载能力小，提升架及千斤顶布置密集，不利于现场操作，再者滑模提升过程中为防止支撑杆变形，需要大量的加固措施，工序复杂，费用高，浪费大。

本实用新型目的旨在提供一种滑模支撑杆装置，该滑模支撑杆装置的强度和支撑承载力比较大。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案为：一种滑模支撑杆装置，包括提升架，所述提升架安装有千斤顶，在所述千斤顶上设有支撑杆，所述支撑杆由实心钢管组成。
