本实用新型具体涉及一种门式双路拔管机。
背景技术
高架铁路是我国目前重点的铁路建设项目，在今后十五年内将逐步在我国主要铁路干线实施。目前高架铁路预制桥梁的预应力穿线孔洞的形成，已由原来的预置波纹管工艺改为可重复使用的预埋橡胶管制孔工艺，但目前取出橡胶管还是用卷扬机在地面捆绑拉出的野蛮作业模式，这种作业一是对贵重的橡胶管表面造成大的损伤；二是要橡胶管拔出时巨大的反弹力会造成较大的危险。目前虽有各种不同的拔管机相继问世，但都末能真正成功实用，主要问题一是可靠性差，不能实用，并且提升架高，不够安全；二是操作不便效率很低，一次只可以拔一根管，而且拔管机移动不方便。
发明内容
本实用新型是提供一种工作效率高、操作安全、移动方便的门式双路拔管机。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一种门式双路拔管机，包括门架、机头和提升架，门架由边框、上拉杆、后拉杆和下拉杆组成，下拉杆固定在边框下部，后拉杆固定在边框的中部，上拉杆固定在边框的上部；提升缸固定缸下端固定在边框上，另一端通过链条和提升架连接；机头通过滚轮和提升架链条连接。
在机头的左右两侧各设有一组加紧轮和输送轮。
本实用新型的有益效果是：门架式的架构非常稳固，而且机头可以上下左右移动来进行拔管，使用很方便；而且可以一次拔2根管，提高了工作效率。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示：下拉杆4固定在边框1下部，后拉杆3固定在边框1的中部，上拉杆2固定在边框1的上部；提升缸5下端固定在边框1上，另一端通过链条和提升架6连接，这样可以使提升架6上下移动；机头7通过滚轮和提升架6链条连接，机头7可以左右移动，在机头7的左侧设有一组加紧轮8和输送轮9，在机头7右侧设有加紧轮10和输送轮11，是一种是双路结构；在工作时，由门式吊车将该产品直接吊放在预制梁体前面拔管，两根橡胶管分别夹到机头上加紧轮8和输送轮9的中间、加紧轮10和输送轮11的中间进行同时拔管，拔出来后，机头7可通过提升架6上下移动，也可在提升架6上左右移动，来继续拔其他的橡胶管，而不必移动门架，这样工作更加方便，效率更高。

1、一种门式双路拔管机，包括门架、机头和提升架，其特征在于：门架由边框、上拉杆、后拉杆和下拉杆组成，下拉杆固定在边框下部，后拉杆固定在边框的中部，上拉杆固定在边框的上部；提升缸固定缸下端固定在边框上，另一端通过链条和提升架连接；机头通过滚轮和提升架链条连接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种门式双路拔管机，其特征在于：在机头的左右两侧各设有一组加紧轮和输送轮。
