背景技术
现有技术中如图1所示，现有的保温暗冒口包括冒口主体1，所述冒口主体1的顶部中央设有出气孔2，铸件制造时金属液4从冒口主体1下部进入腔内，充满冒口主体1，在凝固过程中，铸件收缩，冒口主体1内的金属液4会向下补缩，冒口主体1的顶部内侧属光洁表面，在金属液4充满冒口主体1补缩的过程中，金属液4容易在顶部即冒口主体1内侧的最上部凝结成壳，而这类壳一旦形成，将极大降低冒口的补缩效果，造成铸件内部酥松等多种缺陷。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种保温暗冒口，能够有效防止冒口内侧金属液顶部结壳，使得补缩效果明显，成本降低，铸件质量提高。
为解决上述现有的技术问题，本实用新型采用如下方案：一种保温暗冒口，包括冒口主体，所述冒口主体的顶部设有出气孔，所述冒口主体顶部内侧中央设有凸台，所述出气孔设在凸台的侧部。
作为优选，所述凸台为圆锥体凸台。保证了凸台尖端的完整性，提高了凸台对冒口内金属液的补缩效果。

如图2所示，一种保温暗冒口，包括冒口主体1，所述冒口主体1的顶部设有出气孔2，所述冒口主体1顶部内侧中央设有凸台3，所述出气孔2设在凸台3的侧部。利用凸台3增大了对冒口主体1内金属液4的压力，金属液4的上表面形成一个凹陷，避免了因上表面结壳造成的补缩不够，有效地提高了冒口的补缩效果，降低了铸件内部缺陷的形成，从而提高了铸件的质量。所述凸台3为圆锥体凸台，保证了凸台尖端的完整性，提高了凸台对冒口内金属液的补缩效果。
