本实用新型涉及砂型铸件制造领域，具体涉及一种保温暗冒口。
背景技术
现有技术中，如图1所示，现有的保温暗冒口包括冒口主体1，所述冒口主体1的顶部设有出气孔2。如图2所示，铸件制造时金属液3从冒口主体1下部进入腔内，充满冒口主体1，在凝固过程中，铸件收缩，冒口主体1内的金属液3会向下补缩，冒口主体1的顶部内侧属光洁表面，在金属液3充满冒口主体1补缩的过程中，由于金属液3顶部与大气接触面积小，大气压较小，金属液3容易在顶部即冒口主体1内侧的最上部凝结成壳，而这类壳一旦形成，将极大降低冒口的补缩效果，造成铸件内部酥松等多种缺陷。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种保温暗冒口，能够有效防止冒口内侧金属液顶部结壳，使得补缩效果明显，成本降低，铸件质量提高。
为解决上述现有的技术问题，本实用新型采用如下方案：一种保温暗冒口，包括冒口主体，所述冒口主体的顶部设有出气孔，所述冒口主体内侧位于出气孔处设有与出气孔对应的凸台。
作为优选，所述凸台为圆锥体凸台。增大了大气对冒口内金属液的压力，使金属液的补缩效果提高。

本实用新型采用上述技术方案提供一种保温暗冒口，在冒口主体内侧位于出气孔处设有与出气孔对应的凸台，有效地防止了冒口内侧金属液顶部结壳，使得补缩效果明显，成本降低，铸件质量提高。

具体实施方式
如图3所示，一种保温暗冒口，包括冒口主体1，所述冒口主体1的顶部设有出气孔2，所述冒口主体1内侧位于出气孔2处设有与出气孔2对应的凸台4。所述凸台4为圆锥体凸台。如图4所示，利用凸台4增大了大气对冒口主体1内金属液3的压力，金属液3的上表面形成一个凹陷，增加了与大气的接触面积，避免了因上表面结壳造成的补缩不够，有效地提高了冒口的补缩效果，降低了铸件内部缺陷的形成，从而提高了铸件的质量。

1.一种保温暗冒口，包括冒口主体(1)，所述冒口主体(1)的顶部设有出气孔(2)，其特征在于：所述冒口主体(1)内侧位于出气孔(2)处设有与出气孔(2)对应的凸台(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温暗冒口，其特征在于：所述凸台(4)为圆锥体凸台。
