背景技术
砂型铸造时，普遍采用明冒口，当采用如图1所示的明冒口套主体1进行明冒口造型时，型砂同时进入冒口套中，特别是型砂变硬起模时，冒口套主体1中的砂块已经非常坚硬无法取出；同时如果在造型时就用双手掏出冒口套主体1内部和顶部的型砂时，型腔的大小、形状就很变得不规则，不利于明冒口对铸件的补缩，而且还增加了工作量。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供保温明冒口套，能够避免型砂的进入，保证明冒口的型腔大小、形状规则，有利于明冒口对铸件的补缩，降低工作量。
为解决上述现有的技术问题，本实用新型采用如下方案：保温明冒口套，包括明冒口套主体，所述明冒口套主体上设有与明冒口套主体对应的冒口塞头。
作为优选，所述冒口塞头的底部面积与明冒口套主体的顶部面积相同。保证了冒口塞头与明冒口套主体接触处无凸出部位，提高了明冒口的造型质量。
作为优选，所述冒口塞头采用倒圆台形结构，所述冒口塞头的侧壁与明冒口套主体的侧壁之间的夹角为170°到179°。便于冒口塞头的起模。

如图2所示，保温明冒口套，包括明冒口套主体1，所述明冒口套主体1上设有与明冒口套主体1对应的冒口塞头2。所述冒口塞头2的底部面积与明冒口套主体1的顶部面积相同。所述冒口塞头2采用倒圆台形结构，所述冒口塞头2的侧壁与明冒口套主体1的侧壁之间的夹角为170°到179°。
实际造型时，将冒口塞头2放在明冒口套主体1上，然后放砂造型，避免了型砂进入明冒口套主体1内，免去了取出冒口套主体1中型砂的大量工作，保证了明冒口的型腔大小、形状规则。起模时，将冒口塞头2取出即可，在明冒口套主体1的上方形成了明冒口型腔，有利于明冒口对铸件的补缩，保证了铸件质量。
