Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种SO2输送装置，包括SO2钢瓶、输出管道、流量计，SO2钢瓶通过输出管道与流量计相连，在所述输出管道和流量计之间连接有稳压装置。本实用新型的优点是通过稳压罐的加装，流量得到比较稳定的控制而且不会像以前那样在大流量下管路出现结冰的现象，同时也避免了在开阀时出现瞬间冲高的情况，节省用量，降低生产成本、也方便操作，同时也起到了排水的功能，能减少对铁质的侵蚀。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及浮法玻璃生产领域，具体说是一种SO2输送装置。
背景技术
浮法玻璃生产的成型过程是在通入保护气体(N2及H2)的锡槽中完成的。熔融玻璃从池窑中连续流入并漂浮在相对密度大的锡液表面上，在重力和表面张力的作用下，玻璃液在锡液面上铺开、摊平、形成上下表面平整、硬化、冷却后被引上过渡辊台。通过辊台的辊子转动，把玻璃带拉出锡槽进入退火窑，经退火、切裁，就得到平板玻璃产品。随着各个行业对玻璃的需求的增大，市场竞争的激烈，对玻璃的生产要求和产品质量不断提高，因此寻求一条节能、简便并且提高产品质量的工艺势在必行。但是在现有的生产工艺中，都是使用SO2作为润滑玻璃板与辊道的接触面，直接与流量计相连，在SO2存在水分过高时或阀门有问题时，易导致流量波动较大，造成流量控制的不稳定，浪费SO2的用量，从而提高了生产成本。
实用新型内容
发明目的：为了克服现有技术的不足，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能对SO2流量的稳定输出、减少流量波动、降低生产成本的SO2输送装置。
技术方案：为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型所采用的技术方案是：一种SO2输送装置，包括SO2钢瓶、输出管道、流量计，SO2钢瓶通过输出管道与流量计相连，在所述输出管道和流量计之间连接有稳压装置。
所述稳压装置为能承受压力≥3Pa的稳压罐。
所述输出管道与所述稳压罐的下部相连，所述流量计与所述稳压罐的上部相连。
在所述输出管道与稳压罐之间还设有减压阀。
有益效果：与现有技术相比，本实用新型的优点是通过稳压罐的加装，流量得到比较稳定的控制而且不会像以前那样在大流量下管路出现结冰的现象，同时也避免了在开阀时出现瞬间冲高的情况，节省用量，降低生产成本、也方便操作，同时也起到了排水的功能，能减少对铁质的侵蚀。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的详细说明。
如附图所示，本实用新型一种SO2输送装置，包括SO2钢瓶1、输出管道7、稳压罐4、流量计5，SO2钢瓶1依次通过输出管道7、稳压罐4与流量计5相连，其中稳压罐4为能承受压力≥3Pa的稳压罐4，该稳压罐4采用不锈钢材质，容积在5L左右；所述输出管道7与所述稳压罐4可以采用下进上出的方式连接，即输出管道7与稳压罐4的下部相连，流量计5与稳压罐4的上部相连。
在所述输出管道7与稳压罐4之间最好再设一个减压阀2；在减压阀2与稳压罐4之间设有一个球阀3、在稳压罐4与流量计5之间也设有一个球阀3。
通过稳压罐4的加装，在SO2存在水分过高时或阀门有问题时，不会导致流量波动较大，因此SO2流量控制的比较稳定。
采用本实用新型装置，能够使SO2气体稳定输出，流量波动少，因此能够很稳定的被送入燃烧器6燃烧。

1.一种SO2输送装置，包括SO2钢瓶(1)、输出管道(7)、流量计(5)，SO2钢瓶(1)通过输出管道(7)与流量计(5)相连，其特征在于，在所述输出管道(7)和流量计(5)之间连接有稳压装置(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的SO2输送装置，其特征在于，所述稳压装置(4)为能承受压力≥3Pa的稳压罐。
3.根据权利要求2所述的SO2输送装置，其特征在于，所述输出管道(7)与所述稳压罐的下部相连，所述流量计(5)与所述稳压罐的上部相连。
4.根据权利要求3所述的SO2输送装置，其特征在于，在所述输出管道(7)与稳压罐之间还设有减压阀(2)。
