背景技术
随着我国汽车工业的飞速发展和广大市民购买能力的大幅提高,大中城市的汽车拥有量正与日俱增。无论是在居民小区,还是在大型宾馆,商场、医院、学校、政府机关等公共场所,特别是繁华街道,停车难已是目前最普遍、最突出的社会难题。如何能在最小的面积内,方便、快捷地存取最多的车辆,则是本实用新型要解决的课题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种自动存取的立体停车场,以解决大、中城市小区和繁华街道停车难的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术解决方案是:一种自动存取的立体停车场,包括立体车库和操纵台,其特征在于:所述的立体车库底层,设有带升降门9′和传送带3′的存车室7以及带升降门9和传送带3的取车室8,该存车室7和取车室8之间,设有能上、下移动的电梯轿箱2,该电梯轿箱内,也设有传送带3″和与升降门9、9′对应的升降门10、10′,电梯轿箱2的两侧还设有带传送带和传感器的分层车库1、1′。
所述的电梯轿箱升降门10、10′和各分层车库的内壁6、6′上分别设有传感器5、5′。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
1、通过带有传送带的存车室、取车室、电梯轿箱和分层车库的组合以及电脑的程序控制,使得本实用新型的立体停车场能利用最小的占地面积,达到停车的最大容量,例如,一栋10单元10层的立体停车场,可停放200台小车,占地面积仅为375平方米,解决了繁华街道和地表拥挤的停车难题。
2、由于采用了电脑程序控制,因而存、取车方便、快捷,每次存、取车的时间只需60-90秒。

参见附图,本实用新型包括立体车库和操纵台,其特征在于:所述的立体车库底层,设有带升降门9′和传送带3′的存车室7以及带升降门9和传送带3的取车室8,该存车室7和取车室8之间,设有能上、下移动的电梯轿箱2,该电梯轿箱内,也设有传送带3″和与升降门9、9′对应的升降门10、10′,电梯轿箱2的两侧还设有带传送带和传感器的分层车库1、1′。
所述的电梯轿箱升降门10、10′和各分层车库的内壁6、6′上分别设有传感器5、5′。
存车程序是:
1、将小车开进带有传送带3的存车室7内,拉下手刹,锁好车门,人下车;
2、工作人员在控制室内看到车内人员下完车后,即按动分层车库无车的绿色按钮(红色按钮表示有车),按照电脑预先设定的程序,升降门9′和10′同时下降(打开),传送带3′、3″将小车送入电梯轿箱2内,小车前保险杠触到升降门10上的传感器5时,传动带3′、3″停转,升降门9′和10′复位(关闭);
3、电梯轿箱2在操纵台4的程序控制下,上升到上层无车的分层车库1或1′,此时,升降门10或10′下降(打开),传送带3、3″或3′、3″将小车送入分层车库1或1′内,小车的前保险杠或后保险杠触到分层车库内壁6或6′上的传感器5或5′时,传送带3、3″或3′、3″停转,小车平稳存入分层车库内,电梯轿箱2的升降门复位关闭,然后电梯轿箱2向下运动至底层,再依上次程序存放下一辆小车。
取车程序是:
1、按下操纵台上的取车按钮,电梯轿箱2上升到取车的分层车库处,升降门10或10′下降(打开),传送带把小车送入轿箱2内后,停转,电梯轿箱升降门复位(关闭);
2、电梯轿箱2载小车下移至底层,升降门10和9同时下降(打开),输送带将小车送入取车室8内后,停转,升降门10和9同时复位(关闭),车主进入取车室8,打开车门,将车开走,如此循环,达到自动存、取车之目的。
本实用新型立体停车场可由上述多个单元组合而成。
本实用新型立体停车场也可将分层车库设置在地下,构成地下的立体停车场。

1.一种自动存取的立体停车场,包括立体车库和操纵台,其特征在于:所述的立体车库底层,设有带升降门(9′)和传送带(3′)的存车室(7)以及带升降门(9)和传送带(3)的取车室(8),该存车室(7)和取车室(8)之间,设有能上、下移动的电梯轿箱(2),该电梯轿箱内,也设有传送带(3″)和与升降门(9、9′)对应的升降门(10、10′),电梯轿箱(2)的两侧还设有带传送带和传感器的分层车库(1、1′)。
2.按权利要求1所述的立体停车场,其特征在于所述的电梯轿箱升降门(10、10′)和各分层车库的内壁(6、6′)上分别设有传感器(5、5′)。
