本实用新型主要涉及液力变矩器内环加工设备领域，尤其涉及一种内环磨外圆工装。
背景技术
液力变矩器由泵轮、涡轮、导轮以及其它辅助部件组成；安装在发动机和变速器之间，以液压油(ATF)为工作介质，起传递转矩，变矩，变速及离合的作用。其中内环是液力变矩器辅助部件之一，其加工过程中，对外环的精度要求比较高，必须经过磨床进行加工，由于内环的结构设计，若使用一般的工装夹具，装夹麻烦，定位不好，工作效率低，而且容易损坏内齿槽，影响产品的质量，影响了生产效益。

本实用新型的目的是为了弥补已有技术的不足，提供了一种内环磨外圆工装，解决了内环采用已有的装夹加工时，装夹不方便，费时费力，容易损坏内齿槽，定位不好，工作效率低，产品质量差等问题。

使用时，直接将内环套装在轴体上，所述的外齿槽与内环内齿槽相配合，工作中，内环回随着轴体的转动而转动，而进行圆周磨削，装夹方便，省时省力，提高了工作效率，同时不会损坏内齿槽，定位好，保证了加工质量。
