【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种用双列球面滚子轴承与整体型轴承座组成的轴承单元。
【背景技术】
双列球面滚子轴承的承载能力远比具有相同轴向截面尺寸的双列球轴承大,常被应用于要求长期可靠运行、承受重载、方便安装和更换的多尘、多水、多污染等条件苛刻的露天应用场合。目前该条件下使用的带座轴承,多由与轴过盈配合的双列球面滚子轴承、剖分座、定位装置、密封件及防护罩等组成,组成单元的元件多,安装、更换轴承时操作繁琐、困难,所占空间大。本实用新型提供的带座轴承单元,由整体型高强度铸铁座与本身带有T型便捷锁紧装置的高负荷容量球面滚子轴承(轴承芯)和可适应调心需求且具有抵抗外部压力的骨架式密封组件建构成,提供了一种结构简单、经济、密封可靠的特定安装空间内承受较重载荷的理想轴承配置。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的目的是在于克服现有技术的不足,提供了一种适用于特定安装空间内承受较重载荷,便捷安装和更换,提高使用寿命的带T型锁紧装置的双列球面滚子轴承单元。
为了解决上述存在的技术问题,本实用新型采取下述技术方案:
一种带T型锁紧装置的双列球面滚子轴承单元,包括有轴承内、外圈和双列滚子,在轴承外圈上套装有整体型轴承座,在位于轴承两端的轴承座内壁中由内往外依次设置有卡簧和密封组件,该密封组件包括有金属骨架和粘贴在金属骨架内侧上的橡胶圈;在轴承内圈一侧伸出一凸肩,所述凸肩露出轴承座;在该凸肩所对应的那段内圈的内壁上设有若干个缺槽;在该凸肩外壁上设有一带开口的锁紧环,在该锁紧环的开口处设有能将该开口拉拢锁紧的开口锁紧结构。
在对上述带T型锁紧装置的双列球面滚子轴承单元的改进方案中,在该轴承座上设有用来给其内的轴承添加润滑油的油嘴。
在对上述带T型锁紧装置的双列球面滚子轴承单元的改进方案中,所述的开口锁紧结构为紧定螺钉,所述锁紧环在开口两侧分别开有供紧定螺钉插入的穿孔和与紧定螺钉的螺纹相匹配的螺纹孔。
在对上述带T型锁紧装置的双列球面滚子轴承单元的改进方案中,所述锁紧环在正对该开口的内壁上设有至少一个凹槽。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的具有如下优点:1)、在轴承外圈上套装有轴承座,在位于轴承两端的轴承座内壁中由内往外依次设置有卡簧和密封组件,密封组件由金属骨架和橡胶组成,可有效防止外部异物进入、阻止内部油脂外漏及抵抗外部压力,保护轴承进而提高轴承单元的使用寿命;2)、在轴承内圈一侧的凸肩上设有由开口锁紧结构和锁紧环构成的T型锁紧装置,通过锁紧装置的卡紧或松开轴承内圈来拆装滚子轴承单元的,这不仅装卸方便,而且可确保滚子轴承安装的同轴度,从而提高旋转精度;3)贴附在密封组件金属骨架内侧上的橡胶圈与轴承内圈外壁间组成的旋转密封副,具有适应轴承调心需求的特点。

【具体实施方式】
本实用新型为一种带T型锁紧装置的双列球面滚子轴承单元,如图1-2所示,包括有轴承内、外圈1、2和双列滚子3,在轴承外圈2上套装有轴承座4,在位于轴承两端的轴承座4内壁中由内往外依次设置有卡簧5和密封组件6,其中卡簧5用于定位轴承或轴承单元有轴向浮动需求时控制浮动量;密封组件6包括有金属骨架61和粘贴在金属骨架内侧上的橡胶圈62,它们组成可适应轴承调心需求的旋转密封副,可有效防止外部异物进入、阻止内部油脂外漏及抵抗外部压力,保护轴承进而提高轴承单元的使用寿命。在轴承内圈1一侧伸出一凸肩11,所述凸肩11露出轴承座4;在该凸肩11所对应的那段内圈的内壁上设有若干个缺槽12;在该凸肩11外壁上设有一带开口71的锁紧环7,在该锁紧环7的开口71处设有能将该开口拉拢锁紧的开口锁紧结构8,开口锁紧结构8和锁紧环7构成了T型锁紧装置,这样在将本实用新型安装到轴上时,就可通过开口锁紧结构8的锁紧来将缺槽12所在的轴承内圈的内壁卡紧在轴上,再固定好轴承座,从而实现双列球面滚子轴承单元的安装;在拆卸时,松开轴承座和开口锁紧结构即可。可以看出,本实用新型是通过设置在轴承内圈上的锁紧装置的卡紧或松开轴承内圈来拆装滚子轴承的,这不仅装卸方便,而且可确保滚子轴承安装的同轴度,从而提高旋转精度。轴承座与基体采用螺栓链接,简单便捷。缸槽12的作用是使该处的内圈在锁紧装置的作用下受压收缩变形,从而使轴承锁紧在轴上。
在本实施      例中,所述的开口锁紧结构8为紧定螺钉,所述锁紧环7在开口71两侧分别开有供紧定螺钉插入的穿孔72和与紧定螺钉的螺纹相匹配的螺纹孔73。如图2所示,所述锁紧环7在正对该开口71的内壁上设有至少一个凹槽74,这样可使锁紧装置的夹紧和松开更灵活。
如图1所示,在轴承座4上设有用来给其内的轴承添加润滑油的油嘴9,这样可适时补充新鲜润滑脂及挤出失效油脂,进一步提高轴承单元的使用寿命。

1.一种带T型锁紧装置的双列球面滚子轴承单元,包括有轴承内、外圈和双列滚子,其特征在于:在轴承外圈上套装有整体型轴承座,在位于轴承两端的轴承座内壁中由内往外依次设置有卡簧和密封组件,该密封组件包括有金属骨架和粘贴在金属骨架内侧上的橡胶圈;在轴承内圈一侧伸出一凸肩,所述凸肩露出轴承座;在该凸肩所对应的那段内圈的内壁上设有若干个缺槽;在该凸肩外壁上设有一带开口的锁紧环,在该锁紧环的开口处设有能将该开口拉拢锁紧的开口锁紧结构。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的带T型锁紧装置的双列球面滚子轴承单元,其特征在于:在该轴承座上设有用来给其内的轴承添加润滑油的油嘴。
3.根据权利要求2所述的带T型锁紧装置的双列球面滚子轴承单元,其特征在于:所述的开口锁紧结构为紧定螺钉,所述锁紧环在开口两侧分别开有供紧定螺钉插入的穿孔和与紧定螺钉的螺纹相匹配的螺纹孔。
