目前能够适用于小半径曲线上的轨道车辆主要采用碳钢或不锈钢车体。碳钢车体重量大、易腐蚀；不锈钢车体结构刚度小，隔音、隔热性能差。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服上述技术的缺点，提供一种结构简单、刚度好、重量轻，隔音、隔热性能好、耐腐蚀的铰接式轨道车体。
本实用新型的铰接式轨道车体包含前、后车体和前、后连接件，其特征在于：所述的前、后车体上设有车体连接板；前、后连接件分别与前、后车体的车体连接板由连接螺栓连接成一体。
为了更好的实现上述目的，前、后连接件与前、后车体的车体连接板之间设有防电化学腐蚀垫板。
本实用新型结构简单，车体重量轻，车体强度好，耐电化学腐蚀，提高了连接件的强度和使用寿命。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的铰接式轨道车体，由前、后车体3、4和前、后连接件1、2构成，前、后车体3、4由铝合金制造。前、后车体3、4上设有车体连接板6，前车体3上的车体连接板6与前连接件1之间设有防电化学腐蚀垫板5，由螺栓将前连接件1与前车体3连接成一体；后车体4上的车体连接板6与后连接件2之间设有防电化学腐蚀垫板5，由螺栓将后连接件2与后车体4连接成一体。前连接件1与后连接件2铰接连接构成铰接式轨道车体。
