技术领域
本实用新型涉及吹瓶机加热器滑轨,特别是涉及吹瓶机加热器滑轨缓冲机构。
背景技术
采用二步法生产中空塑料容器,如矿泉水瓶、油瓶和化妆品瓶等,首先由注塑机将塑料原料注制成瓶胚,再经加热器对瓶胚进行加热,接着通过吹瓶机的拉伸、预吹、高吹定型工艺把加热后的瓶胚拉吹成型。其中瓶胚从上料机构输送到加热器,一般都是通过机械手或者气缸带动插胚头顶入瓶胚或者在机架上安装滑轨,在加热器上安装转动星轮,转动星轮上安装导向杆,导向杆底部安有滚动轴承,导向杆一侧安装升降杆,升降杆底部安有插胚头,导向杆通过滚动轴承在高度不同的滑轨上滑动带动升降杆上下移动,升降杆带动插胚头顶入瓶胚或脱胚,但已有滑轨的高端面和低端面之间为90°垂直连接,因此滚动轴承从高端面到低端面是垂直掉下,并同时受压缩弹簧的推力,导致滚动轴承很重的撞击在滑轨低端面上,从而产生较大的响声,并影响滚动轴承的使用寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服已有技术存在的缺点,提供一种滚动轴承从高端面到低端面之间滑动得到缓冲、平稳顺利,不影响滚动轴承的使用寿命,无异响的吹瓶机加热器滑轨缓冲机构。
本实用新型吹瓶机加热器滑轨缓冲机构的技术方案是:有滑道、插胚装置和滑轨,滑道连接小转盘,瓶胚通过滑道滑入小转盘,小转盘一侧安有大转盘,小转盘与大转盘外切,所述滑轨包括高端面和低端面,所述插胚装置包括转动星轮,在转动星轮上安有导向杆,导向杆外圈安装压缩弹簧,在导向杆下安装滚动轴承,导向杆通过滚动轴承与滑轨相配合,导向杆上安装升降叉,升降叉的另一端安装升降杆,在升降杆下安装插胚头,插胚头与升降杆之间安有弹簧,插胚头通过弹簧和升降杆与瓶胚相配合,其特征在于所述滑轨的高端面与低端面之间通过斜面相连,滚动轴承与高端面、低端面和斜面相贴紧。
本实用新型公开了一种吹瓶机加热器滑轨缓冲机构,工作时,首先 通过转动星轮带动导向杆移动,导向杆带动升降杆,升降杆带动插胚头,导向杆的底部安有压缩弹簧和滚动轴承,滚动轴承通过压缩弹簧与滑轨紧贴滚动,当瓶胚从滑道滑入小转盘,小转盘带动瓶胚转到与大转盘相切的位置时,导向杆通过滚动轴承从滑轨的高端面向下滑入斜面,同时导向杆带动升降杆向下移动,升降杆带动插胚头,插胚头顺着斜面向下插入瓶胚中,当滚动轴承滑到低端面时,插胚头完全插入瓶胚中,此时瓶胚固定在插胚头上,并进入加热器进行加热,本方案滚动轴承通过斜面从高端面到达低端面,滑行平稳顺利,进胚的效果好,无撞击产生的异响,滚动轴承的使用寿命长。

本实用新型涉及一种吹瓶机加热器滑轨缓冲机构,如图1-图2所示,有滑道、插胚装置和滑轨,滑道连接小转盘1,瓶胚11通过滑道滑入小转盘,小转盘一侧安有大转盘2,小转盘与大转盘外切,所述滑轨3包括高端面31和低端面32,所述插胚装置包括转动星轮4,在转动星轮上安有导向杆5,导向杆外圈安装压缩弹簧51,在导向杆下安装滚动轴承52,导向杆通过滚动轴承与滑轨3相配合,导向杆5上安装升降叉6,升降叉的另一端安装升降杆7,在升降杆下安装插胚头71,插胚头与升降杆之间安有弹簧72,插胚头通过弹簧和升降杆与瓶胚11相配合,其特征在于所述滑轨3的高端面31与低端面32之间通过斜面33相连,滚动轴承52与高端面、低端面和斜面相贴紧。工作时,首先通过转动星轮4带动导向杆5移动,导向杆带动升降杆7,升降杆带动插胚头71,导向杆5的底部安有压缩弹簧51和滚动轴承52,滚动轴承通过压缩弹簧与滑轨3紧贴滚动,当瓶胚11从滑道滑入小转盘1,小转盘带动瓶胚转到与大转盘2相切的位置时,导向杆5通过滚动轴承52从滑轨3的高端面31向下滑入斜面33,同时导向杆5带动升降杆7向下移动,升降杆带动插胚头71,插胚头顺着斜面33向下插入瓶胚11中,当滚动轴承52滑到低端面32时,插胚头71完全插入瓶胚中,此时瓶胚11固定在插胚头71上,并进入加热器进行加热,本方案滚动轴承52通过斜面33从高端面31到达低端面32,滑行平稳顺利,进胚的效果好,无撞击产生的异响,滚动轴承的使用寿命长。
