本实用新型涉及一种排屑机构，特别是大型机床加工需要全防护的新型排屑机构。
背景技术
大型机床由于本身结构复杂，占地大，机床布局就显得格外重要。而且现在的机床防护都向全防护发展，更要求机床整体布局合理，再不增加空间的前提下增加相应的防护功能。
机床加工工件时会产生大量的废屑，这就需要配以排屑机构收集废屑并及时清除，但排屑机构为方便收集废屑，其收集箱往往需要安装于加工部件的下方并占用了较大的空间，给操作人员上下加工部件时带来很多不便，并且存在安全隐患。
发明内容
为解决上述问题，本实用新型提供了一种结构简单、操作方便、安全的排屑机构，尤其适合大型机床加工的排屑机构。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种新型排屑机构，其特征在于：包括排屑单元、油缸单元和踏板单元；
所述排屑单元包括收集废屑的排屑箱、安装于排屑箱上的电机和由电机驱动的传送带；
所述油缸单元包括通过安装支架安装于排屑箱上的油缸；
所述踏板单元包括踏板支架和踏板，所述踏板支架安装在排屑箱的箱体上方，所述踏板与所述油缸的活塞杆固定连接，所述踏板还与踏板支架滑动连接。
本实用新型具有的优点和积极效果是：由于采用上述技术方案，当机床加工时油缸带动踏板收回，铁屑无障碍的掉到排屑箱里，由传送带将铁屑排出；加工完成后，油缸把踏板送回，操作人员可踩着踏板进入机床内部上下工件，从而使加工作业更加方便、机床布局合理、空间节省且增加了安全性。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示的本实用新型一种具体实施例，本排屑机构的排屑箱箱体设于机床加工部件的下方，以便收集加工时产生的废屑，传送带在电机的带动下将废屑排出；踏板与油缸的活塞杆是固定在一起的，踏板在活塞杆的带动下在踏板支架中实现滑动进退，本实施例中踏板与踏板支架是通过滑动导轨实现相对滑动的；踏板支架则放置在排屑箱箱体上方。
当机床加工部件时，油缸的活塞杆缩回，踏板随之缩回，露出空间以便废屑无障碍的掉入排屑箱，当加工完成时，活塞杆伸出，踏板也随之移动，操作人员就可踩着踏板进行加工件的装卸，这样使得机床布局更为节省空间，而且还能保证安全性。

所述踏板单元包括踏板支架和踏板，所述踏板支架安装在排屑箱的箱体上方，所述踏板与所述油缸的活塞杆固定连接，所述踏板还与踏板支架滑动连接。
