Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种汽车用单向阀，一种汽车用单向阀具有L形的管状壳体，壳体的壳体进口A端为与真空助力器连接端，壳体出口B端为与发动机连接端；壳体进口A与壳体出口B之间为阀腔；所述阀腔的内进口处设有片状的阀门，阀门为圆片状，其直径大于内进口的直径2倍以上。阀门连接有回位弹簧；与内进口相对阀腔内壁上设有凹槽，回位弹簧的另一端位于凹槽内；本实用新型采用了与真空助力器一体式的安装结构，的结构简单，漏气可能性小；回位弹簧与阀门直接连接，使阀门的开启力小，空气流量增大速度快。同时还有利于整车的制动安全稳定性。

本实用新型涉及一种汽车用单向阀。
背景技术
随着汽车制动性能要求的不断提高，要求汽车在各种情况下都能快速实现制动效果，对车辆真空度的要求越来越高。现有单向阀是安装在真空助力器与汽油发动机进气岐管或柴油机真空泵间的真空管内 ，必需在真空管成型后再软化把单向阀压入软管内固定位置 ，装配过程比较复杂，且容易把单向阀方向装反，造成废品。这种单向阀的结构比较复杂、开启阀门压力大、空气流量小，在车辆紧急制动等特殊情况下无法满足快速建立真空的要求，使制动作用时间长。
发明内容
为了解决现有汽车用单向阀的以上问题，本实用新型提供一种结构简单、阀门开启力小、空气流量大的汽车用真空单向阀。
实现上述目的技术方案如下：
一种汽车用单向阀，包括L形的管状壳体1，一端为壳体进口A，另一端为壳体出口B；壳体进口A与壳体出口B之间为阀腔；所述阀腔的内进口5处设有片状的阀门3，阀门3连接有回位弹簧2；与内进口5相对阀腔内壁上设有凹槽4，回位弹簧2的另一端位于凹槽4内。
所述阀门3为圆片状，其直径大于内进口5的直径2倍以上。
所述壳体进口A的外壁上设有四层倒齿环，所述壳体出口B的外壁上设有三层倒齿环。
本实用新型与现有技术产品相比较具有以下方面的优点：
1、由于采用了与真空助力器一体式的安装结构，使得本实用新型的结构简单，漏气可能性小。
2、本实用新型的回位弹簧与阀门直接连接，使阀门的开启力小，空气流量增大速度快。
3、本实用新型安装在整车上，可以满足紧急制动下真空要求，有利于整车的制动安全稳定性。

下面结合附图，通过实施例对本实用新型作进一步地描述。
实施例：
参见图1，一种汽车用单向阀具有L形的管状壳体1，壳体1的壳体进口A端为与真空助力器连接端，壳体出口B端为与发动机连接端，箭头表示空气流动方向；壳体进口A与壳体出口B之间为阀腔；所述阀腔的内进口5处设有片状的阀门3，阀门3为圆片状，其直径大于内进口5的直径2倍以上。阀门3连接有回位弹簧2；与内进口5相对阀腔内壁上设有凹槽4，回位弹簧2的另一端位于凹槽4内。
所述壳体进口A的外壁上设有四层倒齿环，壳体出口B的外壁上设有三层倒齿环。
本实用新型是这样工作的：当发动机运转和施加制动时，在单向阀的进口A和出口B两边就会形成压力差，使阀门3克服回位弹簧2张力而开启，气体能从开启的阀门3处被抽走。但不久，阀门3两边的压力在回位弹簧2的参与下达到平衡，阀门3又会关闭，使真空助力器内保持一定的真空度，从而实现真空助力器的助力作用。
当发动机停止运转时，吸气就终止，单向阀也就关闭。部分真空度可保留在真空助力器内一段时间，减少漏气的可能性。
Claims (3)
1.一种汽车用单向阀，包括L形的管状壳体（1），一端为壳体进口A，另一端为壳体出口B；壳体进口A与壳体出口B之间为阀腔；其特征在于：所述阀腔的内进口（5）处设有片状的阀门（3），阀门（3）连接有回位弹簧（2）；与内进口（5）相对阀腔内壁上设有凹槽（4），回位弹簧（2）的另一端位于凹槽（4）内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车用单向阀，其特征在于：所述阀门（3）为圆片状，其直径大于内进口（5）的直径2倍以上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车用单向阀，其特征在于：所述壳体进口A的外壁上设有四层倒齿环，所述壳体出口B的外壁上设有三层倒齿环。
