一种抛丸清理设备
技术领域
[0001] 本实用新型涉及钢材预处理技术领域,具体地说是一种在钢材预处理过程中本设 备是除去钢材表面的铁锈、粉尘等异物,且将表面冲击产生凹凸不平的伤痕,提高钢材涂装 吸附力,使钢材表面达到涂装前最佳状态的抛丸清理设备。
背景技术
[0002] 目前,钢材预处理生产线的应用,实现了连续送料高效率连续作业的目的,达到 了我国的钢材处理量及产业化生产的需求,在大多数大型制造企业中,通常需要处理各种 各样不同规格和型号的钢板,对钢板预处理是生产其他钢铁产品前必不可少的一个重要环 节,为了得到质量较高的钢板,要对预热处理后的钢板进行抛丸清理,除去钢材表面的铁 锈、粉尘等杂质。
[0003] 中国实用新型专利公开了一种抛丸清理装置(93231393. 0),包括抛丸室、抛丸器、 清扫室、弹丸循环系统、辊道输送装置。其中,抛丸室为六边形,在抛丸室的上面两边和下面 两边上各装有一台抛丸器,在清扫室内装有由回收螺旋输送器、转刷机构、吹扫机构组合成 的清扫机构。该抛丸清理装置适用于各种板材及型材的表面清理,并可用于厚度为1.5mm 的薄钢板的清理,对弹丸的清除干净、彻底,并对托辊轴采取了防护措施。
[0004] 该抛丸清理装置虽然结构比较简单,能够完成抛丸工序,但抛丸器采用沿六边形 内表面方向在不同角度上分别安装的方式,由于采用这种多角度抛射方式,往往不能完全 将异物清理干净,而且设备能耗较大,清理效率较低。
发明内容
[0005] 针对现有技术存在的不足,本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种清理效 率较高、成本低廉的抛丸清理设备。
[0006] 为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型所采取的技术方案是:一种抛丸清理设备,包括 辊道、抛丸室、抛丸器、清扫室、弹丸循环系统,所述抛丸室截面为六边形结构,与所述进料 辊道上待处理钢板上、下面相对应的六边形结构其中两斜面上分别设置数台抛丸器,所述 两斜面上抛丸器沿待处理钢板宽度方向依次设置。

[0008] 本实用新型抛丸清理设备的优点是:将抛丸器在抛丸室内采用平面排列喷射的方 式,大大提高了抛丸效率,同时避免了抛射的弹丸相互撞击影响清理效率的问题,本设备结 构简单、成本低廉,具有较高的市场推广价值。

[0012] 如图1、2所示,为本实用新型抛丸清理设备的结构示意图,包括进料辊道1,待处 理钢板2,抛丸室3,由钢板、型钢制作而成,进料辊道1由抛丸室3两侧轴承及链条驱动。各 室体间设有橡胶板,尽可能减少磨料飞出,该抛丸室3为六面立体结构,其截面为六边形结 构,在该六边形结构内,与所述进料辊道1上待处理钢板2的上、下两面相对应的六边形结 构其中上斜面4与下斜面5上分别设置数台抛丸器6,所述两斜面(4、幻上抛丸器6沿待处 理钢板2的宽度方向依次设置。抛丸器6的数量为上斜面4设置四台,下斜面5设置四台, 当然也可根据实际需要增设或减少抛丸器6的数量。在抛丸室3下端设置清扫室7,所述清 扫室7包括底部螺旋输送装置71与收集管72,收集管72出口设置于底部螺旋输送装置71 上进口与进料辊道1下端对应,与清扫室7相连的还有回收螺旋输送管道8,该回收螺旋输 送管道8下端与底部螺旋输送装置71连接,顶端与提升机9连接,提升机9与丸砂分离器 10的进料口 11连接,丸砂分离器10出口包括废料出口 15与弹丸出口 12,废料出口 15直 接连接排料管13,经顶部螺旋机构14排出,弹丸出口 12连接储料箱16,将能重复回收利用 的弹丸回收至储料箱16,重新分离利用。储料箱16下端直接连接抛丸器6的弹丸输送管道 61,在该弹丸输送管道61上分别设有弹丸定量阀门62。
[0013] 该抛丸清理设备的工作过程是:待处理钢板2经进料辊道1输送至抛丸室3,来自 储料箱16的弹丸,经过弹丸定量阀门62输送到抛丸室3内的八台抛丸器6内,抛丸器6将 弹丸快速喷射打击到待处理钢板2的上下两表面,将表面的氧化皮与铁锈除去,抛丸后的 工件经清扫室内的收集管72将弹丸收集起经底部螺旋输送装置71送到回收螺旋输送管道 8,直接送入提升机9,提升机9将弹丸送入丸砂分离器10内,丸砂分离器10将铁锈等异物 与弹丸分开,弹丸经弹丸出口进入储料箱16,铁锈等异物经废料出口 11直接经顶部螺旋机 构14输送到排料管13后排出设备。

2.根据权利要求1所述的抛丸清理设备,其特征是:所述抛丸器的数量为上斜面设置 四台,下斜面设置四台。
