参阅图1所示，本实用新型的一种石英石压板生产线用耙打螺旋辊，包括支架1，在支架1上设有两条相互对应的螺旋辊2，螺旋辊2两端通过轴承支承在支架1上，两条螺旋辊2之间的间距可以根据需要破碎物料的颗粒大小进行调节，两条螺旋辊2其中一端的转轴上设有相互啮合的传动齿轮3，两条螺旋辊2另一端的其中一个转轴连接有驱动装置4，驱动装置4为电机；在本实施例中，螺旋辊2由多段组成，段与段之间通过螺纹连接，如有破损可直接更换破损部位，提高了维护效率和节省了维护成本。
通过两条对应的螺旋辊2，实现了物料的自动破碎，提高了生产效率，且破碎出来的物料颗粒大小均匀，使得加工出来的板材密度分布均匀，提高了产品的质量。
