Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种用于安乃近生产过程的粉碎输送装置,其包括设置在机架上的电机、主动轮、通过主动轮与电机传动连接的第一螺旋轴、与主动轮相啮合的从动轮、与从动轮传动连接的第二旋转轴和进料斗以及与进料斗底部相连通的储料斗,所述第一螺旋轴和第二螺旋轴水平并排穿置在进料斗底部,其末端穿过进料斗和储料斗的连通处,且其螺旋叶片的螺旋方向相反,所述第一螺旋轴的螺旋叶片和第二螺旋轴之间的距离为1-1.5cm。本实用新型采用并排放置的螺旋方向相反的两根螺旋轴,提高了输送效率,第一螺旋轴的螺旋叶片与第二螺旋轴之间的距离为1-1.5cm,在转动过程中能够相互把螺旋叶片之间的粘性物料清除,改善了粉碎效果,且节省了劳动力,提高了生产效率。

[0002] 在安乃近生产过程中经常需要将过滤后的原料进行粉碎并输送至储料装置中,目前应用的粉碎输送装置大多是用一根带有螺旋叶片的螺旋轴,在其转动过程中将滤饼粉碎并输送至储料装置。对于普通物料,这种输送装置可以满足使用要求,但是具有粘性的安乃近原料,使用这种粉碎输送装置往往会把螺旋叶片之间填平,影响粉碎和输送效果,且要经常停机把粘住的物料人工清除,降低了生产效率并且增加了人工劳动强度。

具体实施方式
[0010] 如图1和图2所示,本实用新型包括设置在机架2上的电机1、主动轮3、通过主动轮3与电机1传动连接的第一螺旋轴5、与主动轮3相啮合的从动轮9、与从动轮9传动连接的第二旋转轴7、进料斗4以及与进料斗4底部相连通的储料斗6,所述第一螺旋轴5和第二螺旋轴7穿置在进料斗4底部,其末端穿过进料斗4和储料斗6的连通处,且其螺旋叶片8 的螺旋方向相反,所述第一螺旋轴5和第二螺旋轴7的螺旋叶片8之间的距离为1-1. 5cm。过滤后的安乃近原料滤饼输送至进料斗4中,转动的第一螺旋轴5和第二螺旋轴7将滤饼粉碎,由于第一螺旋轴5和第二螺旋轴7由相啮合的主动轮3和从动轮9带动,其旋转方向相反,输送方向相同,将物料向进料斗4的底部出口端输送,由底部出口输送至储料斗6 中。本实用新型采用并排放置的螺旋方向相反的两根螺旋轴,提高了输送效率,第一螺旋轴的 螺旋叶片与第二螺旋轴之间的距离为1-1. 5cm,在转动过程中能够相互把螺旋叶片之间的粘性物料清除,改善了粉碎效果,且节省了劳动力,提高了生产效率。

1. 一种用于安乃近生产过程的粉碎输送装置,其特征在于其包括设置在机架(2)上的电机(1)、主动轮(3)、通过主动轮(3)与电机(1)传动连接的第一螺旋轴(5)、与主动轮(3) 相啮合的从动轮(9)、与从动轮(9)传动连接的第二旋转轴(7)和进料斗(4)以及与进料斗 (4)底部相连通的储料斗(6),所述第一螺旋轴(5)和第二螺旋轴(7)水平并排穿置在进料斗(4)底部,其末端穿过进料斗(4)和储料斗(6)的连通处,且其螺旋叶片(8)的螺旋方向相反,所述第一螺旋轴(5)的螺旋叶片(8)和第二螺旋轴(7)之间的距离为1-1. 5cm。
