Abstract

本实用新型提供了一种齿轮式出料装置，主要用于餐厨垃圾的装卸。该装置包括支架和固定在支架上的轮体，轮体上均匀设置有齿轮，并在齿轮上铰接有料斗，且料斗与齿轮的连接处高于料斗的重心；轮体的上方设置有与所述齿轮相啮合的齿条，该齿条固定在支架上。本实用新型通过齿轮与齿条的啮合使料斗翻转，实现物料的提升和定点倒料；卸料后通过料斗的自重实现料斗的翻转，保证了卸料的顺利进行，提高了装卸料的效率。

技术领域
本实用新型属于机械设备领域，涉及一种物料的出料装置，尤其涉及一种齿轮式出料装置，主要用于餐厨垃圾的装卸。
现有技术
随着经济的发展，城市餐饮业也进入高速发展阶段，各城市的餐厨废弃物的有效收集与无害化、资源化处理成为城市管理和环保的一项重要内容。如何将收集来的餐厨垃圾按照生物工艺需要传输，首先解决的就是餐厨垃圾的出料提升问题。只有可靠实现餐厨垃圾从工艺池中提升出来，才能实现物料的传输。
目前，用于餐厨废弃物出料的主要设备有螺杆泵式出料装置、转子泵式出料装置及柱塞泵式出料装置。由于螺杆泵、转子泵出料不允许物料中有玻璃碎片等坚硬物质，给餐厨垃圾的出料带来很多困难；柱塞泵式出料装置需要外部喂料，进料口距离地面高，而且输出的物料会变得密实，不适合后期的处理工艺要求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服现有技术中存在的问题，提供一种齿轮式出料装置，主要用于餐厨垃圾的出料和卸料。
本实用新型的齿轮式出料装置，包括支架和固定在支架上的轮体。所述轮体上均匀设置有齿轮，并在齿轮上活动连接有料斗；所述轮体的上方设置有与所述齿轮相啮合的齿条，该齿条固定在支架上。
为了能够顺利的实现物料的装卸，所述料斗铰接在齿轮上，而且料斗与齿轮的连接处高于料斗的重心。
本实用新型相对于现有技术具有以下优点：
1、通过齿轮与齿条的啮合实现料斗的翻转，实现物料的提升和定点倒料，保证了卸料的顺利进行，提高了装卸料的效率。
2、通过料斗的自重实现卸料后料斗的翻转，节省了动力和能耗。
3、结构简单，操作和维修都很方便。

具体实施方式
参见图1，一种齿轮式出料装置，包括支架(图中未显示)和固定在支架上的轮体5。在轮体5上均匀设置有齿轮6，并在齿轮6上铰接有料斗4，且料斗4与齿轮6的铰接处高于料斗的重心，接近料斗口部。在轮体5的上方设置有与齿轮6相啮合的齿条3，且齿条3固定在支架上。
当轮体5在动力作用下按逆时针方向旋转时，原先口部向上的料斗4到达A处时，开始接触物料，由于受阻力和轮体牵引力的作用，料斗4作旋转运动，直到B处，料斗4沿着运动切线方向装料；料斗运动到C处时离开物料，由于重力的作用料斗旋转口部向上。当料斗运转到D处时，齿轮在齿条的作用下旋转，铰接在齿轮上的料斗做翻转运动，完成卸料动作。卸下的物料进入设置在相应部位的料池2，并通过一定的手段输送到处理工艺线。随着轮体运动的进行，当料斗运动到E处时，齿轮脱离齿条的啮合，在重力作用下，口部回转向上，准备开始下一轮工作。

1.一种齿轮式出料装置，包括支架和固定在支架上的轮体(5)；其特征在于：所述轮体(5)上设置有齿轮(6)，并在齿轮(6)上活动连接有料斗(4)；所述轮体(5)的上方设置有与所述齿轮(6)相啮合的齿条(3)；所述齿条(3)固定在支架上。
2.如权利要求1所述齿轮式出料装置，其特征在于：所述料斗(4)铰接在齿轮上。
3.如权利要求1所述齿轮式出料装置，其特征在于：所述料斗(4)与齿轮(6)的连接处高于料斗的重心。
4.如权利要求1所述齿轮式出料装置，其特征在于：所述齿轮(6)均匀设置在轮体(5)上。
