本实用新型属于机械设备领域，涉及一种物料提升装置，尤其涉及一种链轮式物料提升装置，主要用于餐厨垃圾处理中的物料输送作业。
现有技术
随着经济的发展，城市餐饮业也进入高速发展阶段，各城市的餐厨废弃物的有效收集与无害化、资源化处理成为各城市管理和环保的一项重要内容。如何将收集来的餐厨垃圾按照生物工艺需要传输，首先解决的就是出料提升问题。只有可靠实现餐厨垃圾从工艺池提升出来，才能实现物料的传输。
目前，餐厨垃圾的出料设备主要有螺杆泵式出料装置、转子泵式出料装置、柱塞泵式出料装置。由于螺杆泵、转子泵出料不允许物料中有玻璃碎片等坚硬物质，给餐厨垃圾的出料带来很多困难。柱塞泵需要外部喂料，进料口距离地面高，且输出的物料会变得密实，不适合后期的处理工艺要求。现有的斗提机是按照沙石、煤块等颗粒状物质的特性设计而成，进料口距离地面1.7米，使得进入料仓的物料直接进入运动中的料斗中，防止沙石等落入箱体下部，卡住料斗。如果直接使用传统的斗提机在餐厨垃圾的处理中完成工艺池内物料的提升，过高的进料口使得料仓高度提高许多，工艺池内底部残留的物料过多，从而使斗提机在餐厨垃圾处理传输中的应用收到了限制。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的问题，提供一种链轮式物料提升装置。
本实用新型的链轮式物料提升装置，包括半圆形料仓和设置在料仓上部的链轮装置。所述链轮装置包括支架、设置在支架上的上下两个链轮和传动链条，而且下面的链轮设置在所述半圆形料仓内；所述传动链条上均匀设置有料斗。
当链轮在动力作用下按逆时针方向旋转时，传动链条上的料斗进入料仓进行装料。料斗将物料运输到上面链轮的顶部时，料斗随传动链条翻转，将物料卸下，由设置在相应位置的传送机构输送到处理工艺线上。
本实用新型相对于现有技术具有以下优点：
1、本实用新型采用与链轮相配合的半圆形料仓，使得链条上的料斗能够进入料仓的底部装载物料，提高了提料效率。
2、所要传输的物料不含有大颗粒的硬性物质，不必担心硬性物质卡住链轮、链条和料斗。
3、本实用新型结构简单，操作方便；运行部件可以在物料面以上更换，维修方便。

具体实施方式
参照图1，一种链轮式物料提升装置，包括半圆形料仓1和设置在料仓上部的链轮装置；该链轮装置包括支架(图中未标出)、设置在支架上的上下两个链轮3、3′和传动链条4，而且下面的链轮3设置在所述半圆形料仓内。在传动链条4上均匀设置有料斗5。为了便于进料，在料仓的边沿上设置进料口2。
当链轮在动力作用下按逆时针方向旋转时，传动链条上的料斗进入料仓进行装料。料斗将物料运输到上面链轮的顶部时，料斗翻转将物料卸下，由设置在相应位置的传送机构输送到处理工艺线上。

1.一种链轮式物料提升装置，包括料仓(1)和设置在料仓上部的链轮装置；其特征在于：所述料仓呈半圆形；所述链轮装置包括支架、设置在支架上的上下两个链轮(3、3′)和传动链条(4)；而且下面的链轮(3)设置在所述半圆形料仓(1)内；所述传动链条(4)上设置有料斗(5)。
2.如权利要求1所述链轮式物料提升装置，其特征在于：所述料斗(5)均匀设置在传动链条(4)上。
3.如权利要求1所述链轮式物料提升装置，其特征在于：所述料仓(1)的边沿上设置进料口(2)。
