本实用新型涉及一种挤出机，具体地说是具有自动上料装置的挤出机。
背景技术
塑料挤出机的主机是挤塑机，它由挤压系统、传动系统和加热冷却系统组成。目前挤出机上料主要是通过人工上料或者是真空吸料，人工上料劳动强度大，效率低下，真空吸料系统相对投资成本较大，处理不好也会有较大的粉尘以及粉粒分问题。
实用新型内容
实用新型目的：针对上述现有技术的问题和不足，本实用新型的目的是提供一种省时省力、效率高、成本低、无污染的具有自动上料装置的挤出机。
技术方案：为达到上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案为一种具有自动上料装置的挤出机，包括挤出机及设置在挤出机上方的加料斗，在加料斗上接有自动上料装置。
所述自动上料装置包括盛料装置以及一端与盛料装置相连另一端与加料斗相连的自动上料器。
所述自动上料器中设有螺旋芯棒。
有益效果：本实用新型省时省力、效率高、成本低、无污染。

如图所示，一种具有自动上料装置的挤出机，包括挤出机1，在挤出机1的上方设有加料斗2，在加料斗2上接有自动上料装置3，自动上料装置3包括与加料斗2相连的自动上料器5以及与自动上料器5相接的盛料装置4，其中在自动上料器5中设有螺旋芯棒6。
工作时，将物料倒入盛料装置4中，螺旋芯棒6旋转，物料随螺旋芯棒6沿自动上料器5由底部送至顶部，从而进入加料斗2，完成上料过程。

1.一种具有自动上料装置的挤出机，包括挤出机(1)及设置在挤出机(1)上方的加料斗(2)，其特征在于：在加料斗(2)上接有自动上料装置(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述具有自动上料装置的挤出机，其特征在于：所述自动上料装置(3)包括盛料装置(4)以及一端与盛料装置(4)相连另一端与加料斗(2)相连的自动上料器(5)。
3.根据权利要求2所述具有自动上料装置的挤出机，其特征在于：所述自动上料器(5)中设有螺旋芯棒(6)。
