技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种轴瓦结构,尤其是用于高速齿轮箱的一种可倾式滑动轴承轴瓦结构。
背景技术
目前,用于高速齿轮箱的可倾式滑动轴承轴瓦通常由若干扇形瓦块组成。如图1所示,瓦块内径为轴瓦内径的一部分,瓦块背面为圆弧形,弧形圆心位于瓦块两侧夹角的平分线上且不与内孔同心。两端面有凸台,瓦背中间有孔。这种结构是通过凸台与瓦背孔的限位,利用轴瓦内外圆不同心的特点,达到自动调整轴瓦油隙的目的。但是,这种结构的轴瓦加工难度非常大,制造成本较高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种工艺性好,制造成本低的可倾式滑动轴承轴瓦结构。
本实用新型的方案是这样实现的:一种可倾式滑动轴承轴瓦结构,轴瓦由若干瓦块和圆柱组成,瓦块为柱形圆筒的一部分,瓦块背面中间设有直槽,其深度大于槽宽的1/2小于槽宽的3/4,槽底设有螺纹孔,与圆柱连接。所述圆柱与直槽为h6/H7间隙配合,圆柱两端面设有两同心圆柱凸台,两圆柱凸台同轴度偏差不大于0.15mm。
作为优选,所述圆柱可为端面带弧形侧面带圆柱凸台的键与直槽h6/H7间隙配合连接,键端面弧形半径须小于轴承体半径且大于轴瓦外圆 半径,侧面两圆柱凸台同轴度偏差不大于0.15mm。
本实用新型的有益效果是:通过增设带凸台圆柱,简化了轴瓦的加工工艺,使生产效率大大提高,节约制造成本。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图,对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步描述:
如图2、图3所示,将圆柱4与轴瓦3组装后装入轴承体2内,两端分别装上盖1下盖6。运行时,在上盖1下盖6限位下,轴瓦3左右摆动,达到自动调整油隙的目的。

1.一种可倾式滑动轴承轴瓦结构,其特征在于:轴瓦由若干瓦块和圆柱组成,瓦块为柱形圆筒的一部分,瓦块背面中间设有直槽,其深度大于槽宽的1/2小于槽宽的3/4,槽底设有螺纹孔,与圆柱连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种可倾式滑动轴承轴瓦结构,其特征在于:圆柱与直槽为h6/H7间隙配合,圆柱两端面设有两同心圆柱凸台,两圆柱凸台同轴度偏差不大于0.15mm。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种可倾式滑动轴承轴瓦结构,其特征在于:所述圆柱可为端面带弧形侧面带圆柱凸台的键与直槽h6/H7间隙配合连接,键端面弧形半径须小于轴承体半径且大于轴瓦外圆半径,侧面两圆柱凸台同轴度偏差不大于0.15mm。
