背景技术
目前在汽车前后轮轴上使用的圆锥滚子的轮毂轴承,主要包括芯轴、密封件和滚子轴承,在滚子轴承上设置有密封结构,该密封结构主要用于防止水或其它液体进入轮毂轴承中,防止水或其它液体进入轮毂轴承后对滚子轴承造成不利影响。因此该密封结构性能的好坏直接影响到轮毂轴承使用性能,目前在车辆的轮毂轴承上使用的主要是圆环形密封结构,这种圆环形的密封件由于结构单一,在车辆使用一定时间后就会磨损,在磨损后,由于缺乏有效的阻挡和变形补偿作用,密封性能就会降低,因此很容易使轮毂轴承进水或进入其它液体,这样就会影响轮毂轴承的使用寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种新颖的一种圆锥滚子的轮毂轴承,采用复合可变形补偿的双密封结构技术,以实现保证车辆轮毂轴承密封性能的目的。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是:
一种圆锥滚子的轮毂轴承,在所述的圆锥滚子的轮毂轴承中设置有双密封结构,在外圈与内圈A之间设置有一复合密封结构A,在外圈与内圈B之间设置有一复合密封结构B,复合密封结构A、复合密封结构B构成圆锥滚子轮毂轴承的双密封结构。
复合密封结构A、复合密封结构B均由:L形防尘挡环、人字形弹性骨架式橡胶密封件、L形弹性骨架式橡胶密封件复合构成,人字形弹性骨架式橡胶密封件与L形弹性骨架式橡胶密封件呈弹性扣合连接,二者连接后与L形防尘挡环复合安装,形成一整体复合密封结构。
本实用新型有益效果是:
由于采用了本实用新型的一种圆锥滚子的轮毂轴承,在圆锥滚子的轮毂轴承中设置复合双密封结构,保证了车辆轮毂轴承密封性,提高了轮毂轴承的使用寿命,解决了现有的车辆轮毂轴承密封性差的问题,本实用新型的一种圆锥滚子的轮毂轴承具有:结构新颖、密封性能好、安装维修方便、制造成本低、使用寿命长的特点。

一种圆锥滚子的轮毂轴承,在所述的圆锥滚子的轮毂轴承中设置有双密封结构,在外圈2与内圈A3之间设置有一复合密封结构A5,在外圈2与内圈B4之间设置有一复合密封结构B6,复合密封结构A5、复合密封结构B6构成圆锥滚子轮毂轴承的双密封结构。
复合密封结构A5、复合密封结构B6均由:L形防尘挡环、人字形弹性骨架式橡胶密封件、L形弹性骨架式橡胶密封件复合构成,人字形弹性骨架式橡胶密封件与L形弹性骨架式橡胶密封件呈弹性扣合连接,二者连接后与L形防尘挡环复合安装,形成一整体复合密封结构。
基本工作原理:
按图1、图2所示,图中的复合密封结构A5、复合密封结构B6,由:L形防尘挡环、人字形弹性骨架式橡胶密封件、L形弹性骨架式橡胶密封件复合构成。
将人字形弹性骨架式橡胶密封件与L形弹性骨架式橡胶密封件呈弹性扣合连接,二者连接后与L形防尘挡环复合安装,构成复合密封结构。
然后将复合密封结构安装于圆锥滚子轴承结构中,并将圆锥滚子轴承组装于芯轴1上,然后组装上其它零部件,构成轮毂轴承,将轮毂轴承安装于车辆上,然后在轮毂轴承上安装上车辆轮胎,这样就可以使用了。
车辆在日常使用中,由于L形防尘挡环的防尘阻挡作用,大幅度地减小了橡胶密封件的磨损,并且当密封件有所磨损时,由于人字形弹性骨架式橡胶密封件与L形弹性骨架式橡胶密封件是弹性扣合连接,所以具有向外扩张的功能,这样还可以起到密封件在磨损时的补偿作用,因此大大提高了复合密封结构的密封性能,从而能大幅度地提高轮毂轴承的使用寿命。

1.一种圆锥滚子的轮毂轴承,其特征在于:在所述的圆锥滚子的轮毂轴承中设置有双密封结构,在外圈(2)与内圈A(3)之间设置有一复合密封结构A(5),在外圈(2)与内圈B(4)之间设置有一复合密封结构B(6),复合密封结构A(5)、复合密封结构B(6)构成圆锥滚子轮毂轴承的双密封结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种圆锥滚子的轮毂轴承,其特征在于:复合密封结构A(5)、复合密封结构B(6)均由:L形防尘挡环、人字形弹性骨架式橡胶密封件、L形弹性骨架式橡胶密封件复合构成,人字形弹性骨架式橡胶密封件与L形弹性骨架式橡胶密封件呈弹性扣合连接,二者连接后与L形防尘挡环复合安装,形成一整体复合密封结构。
