技术领域本实用新型涉及一种汽车方向盘轴承，属于车辆方向操纵系统中使用的产品技术领域。
背景技术目前在汽车方向盘操纵系统中使用的轴承，采用的是一体式片状结构的密封片，由于是整体式结构，缺乏弹性密封间隙补偿作用，所以这种密封结构在实际使用中发现极易磨损，使用寿命较短，也易造成轴承中积存垃圾，影响方向盘轴承的使用寿命。
发明内容本实用新型提供一种新颖的一种汽车方向盘轴承，采用组合式弹性补偿结构密封圈技术，以实现提高汽车方向盘轴承密封性能的目的。
本实用新型的技术方案：
一种汽车方向盘轴承，包括：外圈、内圈，在所述的外圈、内圈中设置有密封圈A、密封圈B，密封圈A、密封圈B嵌入式结构安装于外圈、内圈之间。
密封圈A、密封圈B为橡胶圈和弹性骨架组合构成。
本实用新型的有益效果：
由于采用了本实用新型的一种汽车方向盘轴承，使得汽车方向盘轴承的密封性能得到提高，延长了汽车方向盘轴承的使用寿命，本实用新型的一种汽车方向盘轴承具有：结构轻巧，安装方便、使用效果好的特点。

具体实施方式
一种汽车方向盘轴承，包括：外圈1、内圈2，在所述的外圈1、内圈2中设置有密封圈A3、密封圈B4，密封圈A3、密封圈B4嵌入式结构安装于外圈1、内圈2之间。
密封圈A3、密封圈B4为组合式结构，由橡胶圈和弹性骨架组合构成。

将钢珠压入外圈1、内圈2中，然后将密封圈A3、密封圈B4压入安装于轴承的两端口上，外圈1、内圈2之间的其中一端为大开口端，另一端为小开口端，将密封圈A3压入安装于轴承的大开口端上，将密封圈B4压入安装于轴承的小开口端上，由于密封圈A3、密封圈B4为橡胶圈和弹性骨架组合构成，所以当使用中发生密封圈磨损时，弹性骨架会产生弹性补偿作用，弹性骨架支撑着橡胶圈，始终保持橡胶圈的密封性能，这样大大延长了密封圈A3、密封圈B4的使用寿命，也保证了汽车方向盘操纵系统使用的安全性。
