背景技术
目前，对于标准长度PCCP（长度为5000mm、6000mm）的管芯混凝土成型可以采用标准模具成型。标准模具的构成包括：标准内模、标准外模、标准顶盖，在标准内模和标准外模之间固定设置有底座，底座设置的位置只有距顶盖的高度为5000mm和6000mm两种方式，因此，只能对标准长度的PCCP管芯混凝土成型。而对于长度介于500mm至6000mm之间的非标准长度PCCP则很难采用标准模具成型来实现管芯混凝土成型，而一般只能采用手工制作钢制配件完成，其加工成本高，生产周期长。

本实用新型克服了现有技术中的缺点，提供了一种非标准长度PCCP成型模具，可以对长度介于500mm至6000mm之间任意长度的PCCP的混凝土管芯成型。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种非标准长度PCCP成型模具，包括标准内模和标准外模，在标准内模和标准外模之间的环形空间内设置有可竖向移动的底座。
