本实用新型涉及一种通用卷耳环弯曲模具，属于冲压模具领域。
背景技术
在板金冲压件中，有许多带耳环形的弯曲件，如各种铰链连接件、套管、合叶等类型的零件。这类型零件规格、品种多，如设计专用模具，会造成生产成本增加，如钳工手工卷圆弯曲，则零件质量不稳定，生产效率低，操作者劳动强度大。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种通用性强，一模多用，可减少卷耳环弯曲模具数量，降低生产成本的通用卷耳环弯曲模具。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下方式实现的：
本实用新型包括上模座、模架导向机构、冲柄、斜楔、导向支座、下模座、滑头、组合导滑板、压料板、支架、可调定位板，其特征是：冲柄与上模座用螺钉连接，斜楔用螺钉固定在上模座上，压料板用套有弹簧的专用螺钉连接在上模座上；导向支座、组合导滑板、支架用螺钉固定在下模座上，滑头安装在组合导滑板上，并用套有弹簧的专用螺钉与导向支座连接，且滑头一侧的斜面与斜楔的斜面相匹配，可调定位板固定在支架上。
本实用新型的优点是：
1、通过更换滑头，能够生产一系列的带耳环形的弯曲件：零件厚度规格为：0.5mm～5mm，长度规格为：50mm～500mm，宽度规格为：10mm～150mm，卷圆直径(内径)规格为：φ5mm～φ10mm；采用本实用新型通用卷耳环弯曲模具，通用性强，一模多用，可减少卷耳环弯曲模具数量，降低生产成本；
2、生产效率高，减轻了操作者的劳动强度，效果十分显著；
3、产品质量稳定、可靠，零件合格率达到100％。

具体实施方式
参照附图，本实用新型包括上模座1、模架导向机构2、冲柄3、斜楔5、导向支座9、下模座10、滑头11、组合导滑板12、压料板13、支架17、可调定位板18，冲柄3与上模座1用螺钉连接，斜楔5用螺钉4固定在上模座1上，压料板13用套有弹簧14的专用螺钉15连接在上模座1上；导向支座9、组合导滑板12、支架17用螺钉固定在下模座10上，滑头11安装在组合导滑板12上，并用套有弹簧7的专用螺钉8与导向支座9连接，且滑头11一侧的斜面与斜楔5的斜面相匹配，可调定位板18固定在支架17上，在导向支座9上设有护罩6。
使用时，冲柄与机床滑块连接，用可调定位板18将零件16定位后，在冲床滑块下行时，压料板13先将零件压紧16；上模座1带动斜楔5，斜楔5推动滑头11向前滑动进行卷圆，同时带动专用螺钉8使弹簧7处于压缩状态，当完成卷圆后，滑块开始返程，上模座1带动斜楔5与压料板13上行，同时滑头11在压缩弹簧7的作用下恢复原位，这样就完成了一个耳环的卷圆弯曲过程。

1.一种通用卷耳环弯曲模具，包括上模座、模架导向机构、冲柄、斜楔、导向支座、下模座、滑头、组合导滑板、压料板、支架、可调定位板，其特征是：冲柄与上模座用螺钉连接，斜楔用螺钉固定在上模座上，压料板用套有弹簧的专用螺钉连接在上模座上；导向支座、组合导滑板、支架用螺钉固定在下模座上，滑头安装在组合导滑板上，并用套有弹簧的专用螺钉与导向支座连接，且滑头一侧的斜面与斜楔的斜面相匹配，可调定位板固定在支架上。
