本实用新型公开了一种汽车中冷器主片,包括片身,所述片身上具有安装面,所述片身上安装面的背面为内面,所述安装面上设有若干个均匀分布的安装孔,所述安装孔具有向内面凸起的折边。所述安装孔靠近安装面一端具有斜面。采用了本实用新型的汽车中冷器主片,由于其安装孔具有向内面凸起的折边,使散热铝管固定端与主片安装孔的接触面积大大增加,从而使主片与散热铝管的连接较牢固。同时,在安装孔靠近安装面一端设置的斜面,焊接时钎焊混合液喷涂在安装面上,熔化后的钎焊混合液可通过这个斜面渗入安装孔内,使钎焊混合液的喷涂更加方便。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种汽车零部件,具体的说是涉及一种汽车增压系统中的中冷器主片。
背景技术
现有的汽车中冷器主要由铝制散热芯体、带进气口的上气室、带出气口的下气室、左右侧板组成,其铝制散热芯体的二侧对称设主片,在二个主片间垂直均布有间距的通过钎焊固定有若干个散热铝管。现有技术中的主片与散热铝管的钎焊通常采用以下形式:在主片上均匀设置长方形安装孔,安装孔通常采用冲压成型;安装孔的尺寸与散热铝管的固定端相匹配,在主片的内面上喷涂钎焊混合液,等混合液烘于后,把散热铝管固定端插入主片上相应的安装孔内完成散热芯体总成的装配,然后对散热芯体总成进行加热,当加热到一定温度,通常为580℃左右,钎焊混合料熔化并流入散热铝管固定端与主片的接触面上,完成对散热铝管与主片之间的焊接固定。
如图2所示,为现有的汽车中冷器主片的剖面结构示意图,其片身上具有一个安装面和相对于安装面的内面,在片身的安装面上设有若干个均匀分布的安装孔,其安装孔的厚度就是主片的厚度,主片与散热铝管焊接时,钎焊混合液需喷涂在主片的内面上,喷涂时非常不便,同时,散热铝管固定端与主片安装孔的接触面取决于主片的厚度,其接触面积较小,使主片与散热铝管的连接不是很牢固。
实用新型内容
为克服上述缺陷,本实用新型旨在提供一种钎焊混合液喷涂方便,同时主片与散热铝管的连接牢固的汽车中冷器主片。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案为:一种汽车中冷器主片,包括片身,所述片身上具有安装面,所述片身上安装面的背面为内面,所述安装面上设有若干个均匀分布的安装孔,所述安装孔具有向内面凸起的折边。
所述安装孔靠近安装面一端具有斜面。
采用了本实用新型的汽车中冷器主片,由于其安装孔具有向内面凸起的折边,使散热铝管固定端与主片安装孔的接触面积大大增加,从而使主片与散热铝管的连接较牢固。同时,在安装孔靠近安装面一端设置的斜面,焊接时钎焊混合液喷涂在安装面上,熔化后的钎焊混合液可通过这个斜面渗入安装孔内,使钎焊混合液的喷涂更加方便。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型公开了一种汽车中冷器主片,包括片身1,所述片身1上具有安装面2,所述片身1上安装面2的背面为内面4,所述安装面2上设有若干个均匀分布的安装孔3,综上所述,与现有的汽车中冷器主片的结构基本一致。
本实用新型的创新点主要在于所述安装孔3具有向内面4凸起的折边5。由于折边5的设置,使散热铝管固定端7与安装孔3的接触面积大大增加。
此外,所述安装孔3靠近安装面2一端具有斜面6。具体实施时,钎焊混合液喷涂在安装面2上,当钎焊混合液熔化后,通过斜面6渗入安装孔3内,保证了散热铝管固定端7与安装孔3的焊接质量,同时,把钎焊混合液喷涂在安装面2上要比喷涂了内面4上在操作上要方便许多。

1.一种汽车中冷器主片,包括片身(1),所述片身(1)上具有安装面(2),所述片身(1)上安装面(2)的背面为内面(4),所述安装面(2)上设有若干个均匀分布的安装孔(3),其特征在于所述安装孔(3)具有向内面(4)凸起的折边(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车中冷器主片,其特征在于所述安装孔(3)靠近安装面(2)一端具有斜面(6)。
