Abstract
一种车用安全气囊保护装置,在车的前面、后面、侧面、上面、下面外壳内加装气囊,外壳上有气囊弹出口,气囊通过输气管道、气体控制阀与气体发生器连接,为了实现自动控制或方便手工控制,气体控制阀可以使用电磁阀,由人工或电脑智能判断电路控制电磁阀的开启,智能判断电路由倾倒翻转传感器、速度传感器、距离传感器、输出执行电路组成。当车遇到紧急情况时,由手工开启电磁阀或由倾倒翻转传感器、速度传感器、距离传感器传来的信息经智能判断电路判断后输出信号到输出执行电路,由执行电路开启电磁阀,气囊瞬间弹出,保护了车不被硬碰撞,减轻了车和人受到伤害程度。

[0001] 本实用新型涉及一种车用安全气囊保护装置,尤其是一种当车与具有一定硬度的 物体之间发生碰撞不可避免时,在车身周围弹出气囊到车外保护车及车中的人安全的一种 车用安全气囊保护装置。
背景技术
[0002] 目前,安全气囊作为一种辅助保护手段在汽车中的应用越来越广泛,其原理是:当 车辆发生碰撞时,安全气囊控树模块快速对信号做出处理,确认发生碰撞的严重程度已超 出安全带的保护能力,便迅速释放气囊,使乘员的头、胸部直接与较为柔软有弹性的气囊接 触,从而通过气囊的缓冲作用减轻乘员的伤害。该装置在汽车发生碰撞时,对人有一定的保 护作用,但车与车之间或车与物之间是硬碰撞,对车的破坏是很大的,同时过大的冲击力使 车内安全气囊对人体的保护作用大打折扣,其气囊弹出全是在车内,无法避免或缓冲车与 车、车与物、车与地面的硬碰撞。
发明内容
[0003] 为了克服现有保护气囊弹出全是在车内,无法避免或缓冲车与车、车与物、车与地 面的硬碰撞,当车速过快,撞击力过大时车内安全气囊对人体的保护作用大打折扣的缺点, 当车翻下高坡撞击力大车内人员容易伤亡的缺点,本实用新型提供了一种车用安全气囊保 护装置,当车在发生碰撞、侧翻、翻滚的瞬间,在可能撞击的部位或在车的四周迅速释放安 全气囊到车外,使车与车、车与物、车与地面之间的碰撞间隔有安全气囊,碰撞的能量被气 囊部分吸收,减缓车与车、车与物或车与地面的撞击力,使人与车更为安全。
[0004] 本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
[0005] 1、保护装置由气囊、气体发生器、输气管道、气体控制阀组成,气囊分布在车身外 壳内,在车身外壳上有气囊弹出口。
[0006] 2、使用了电磁阀,电磁阀由电磁阀手动开关控制,电磁阀用于打开输气管道中的 气体进入气囊。
[0007] 3.可以使用电磁阀,电磁阀由智能电路控制,智能电路由电脑智能判断电路、倾倒 翻转传感器、速度传感器、距离传感器、输出执行电路组成。

具体实施方式

[0016] 在图1中,车身外壳1的周围布置有气囊2,在车身外壳1上开有气囊2弹出口, 气体发生器3通过输气管道4连接到气囊2,在输气管道中设有气体控制阀5,用于开关气 体,气囊2的个数根据需要而定,可以前后左右上下布置多个气囊2,也可以按重要的部位 布置,只不过气囊个数的增加,输气管道、气体控制阀就要相应增加。
[0017] 在图2中,前气囊电磁阀线圈6可以由前气囊电磁阀手动开关9控制,也可以由电 脑智能判断电路14经过判断后需要开启前气囊时,开关信号经前气囊控制输出二极管15 输出;后气囊电磁阀线圈7可以由后气囊电磁阀手动开关10控制,也可以由电脑智能判断 电路14经过判断后需要开启后气囊时,开关信号经后气囊控制输出二极管16输出;左气囊 电磁阀线圈8可以由前左气囊电磁阀手动开关11控制,也可以由电脑智能判断电路14经 过判断后需要开启左气囊时,开关信号经上左囊控制输出二极管17输出;控制电路由电源 13经过电源开关12供电,在图2中的实施方案,只画出了前、后、左气囊,实际实施时,可按 需要增减气囊,比如右气囊、上气囊、底气囊等,也可一个开关控制多个气囊,比如汽车坠落 的时候,需要全部开启气囊,避免汽车受到过大的撞击力而造成过大的损坏或人员伤亡。
[0018] 在图3中,电脑智能判断电路14的前端是倾倒翻转传感器18、速度传感器19、距 离传感器20,由倾倒翻转传感器18传来的信息经电脑智能判断电路14判断后输出信号给 输出执行电路21,速度传感器19检测车的运动速度,并将信息提供给电脑智能判断电路 14,距离传感器20检测车距离撞击物的距离。

[0020] 气囊:采用现有汽车气囊一样的原理,只不过该气囊体积较现有汽车气囊大,气囊 厚度比现有车内气囊厚度大些。
[0021] 气体发生器:采用现有汽车安全气囊气体发生器的技术即可,该技术经过多年的 研发、使用,其技术已非常成熟。
[0022] 输气管道:可以采用硬管或软管,必须考虑气体的压力,只要耐压力足够就行。
[0023] 气体控制阀:可以采用普通的气体控制阀,如果要智能控制或方便手工控制,采用 电磁阀作为气体控制阀是不错的选择。
[0024] 手动控制开关:普通的按钮开关即可,布置在驾驶员容易操作的地方,可以设一个 总开关,可以开启全部气囊,也可以设多个分开关,实现分别开启各个气囊的目的,但必须 布置在普通乘客不易动的地方,平常无法启动,在判断确实发生紧急情况时才可以启动。
[0025] 电源:为方便,直接使用汽车蓄电池的电源即可,电池阀也要选择与该电源相匹配 的规格。[0026] 电脑智能电路:倾倒翻转传感器、速度传感器、距离传感器皆由成品出售,其控制 电路也有非常成熟的设计,在此不再详述,选择合适的使用即可。

1. 一种车用安全气囊保护装置,其特征是:保护装置由气囊O)、气体发生器(3)、输气 管道G)、气体控制阀(5)组成,气囊(2)分布在车身外壳⑴内,在车身外壳⑴上有气囊 弹出口。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种车用安全气囊保护装置,其特征是:使用了电磁阀,电磁阀 由电磁阀手动开关控制。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种车用安全气囊保护装置,其特征是:使用了电磁阀,电磁阀 由智能电路控制,智能电路由电脑智能判断电路(14)、倾倒翻转传感器(18)、速度传感器 (19)、距离传感器(20)、输出执行电路(21)组成。
