Abstract

本实用新型属于电池技术领域,提供汽车起动用磷酸铁锂电池。这种汽车起动用磷酸铁锂电池,包括电池盒、上盖、极柱、及设置在电池盒中的电芯和保护板,电芯由四个以磷酸铁锂为正极材料制成的单体电芯串联而成。根据本实用新型的汽车起动用磷酸铁锂电池,磷酸铁锂电池的无记忆性,安全性好,循环次数多;舜间放电电流大,适合汽车起动的需要;能量转换效益高,能稳定汽车系统的供电电压,可以节油,减少排放。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及磷酸铁锂电池,尤其涉及汽车起动用磷酸铁锂电池。 
背景技术
目前汽车起动电池,主要都是使用铅酸电池,由于月自放电率达30%,每三个月都要发动一次(至少要30分钟),或是得开车上路一段距离,否则要用时就没电了。而锂铁电池自放电率低,放置一年,电量还可维持80%以上,足以起动汽车引擎。而且铅酸电池平均使用寿命大约只有二年,并有铅和酸对环境污染的问题,锂铁电池的使用寿命至少五年,减少淘汰率,而且对环境污染少。因此,使用磷酸铁锂电池作为汽车起动电池是当下很活跃的一个研究领域。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供汽车起动用磷酸铁锂电池。 
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案为: 
汽车起动用磷酸铁锂电池,包括电池盒、上盖、极柱、及设置在电池盒中的电芯和保护板,电芯由四个以磷酸铁锂为正极材料制成的单体电芯串联而成。
在优先的技术方案中,还包括设置在所述电池盒中的固定板,所述保护板固定在固定板上。 
在优先的技术方案中,还包括设置在所述上盖中的保险管。 
在优先的技术方案中,还包括设置在所述上盖中的系统检测接头。 
在优先的技术方案中,还包括设置在所述上盖中的恢复按钮。 
本实用新型的有益效果:磷酸铁锂电池的无记忆性,安全性好,循环次数多;瞬间放电电流大,适合汽车起动的需要;能量转换效益高,能稳定汽车系统的供电电压,可以节油,减少排放。

具体实施方式
参见图1,汽车起动用磷酸铁锂电池,包括上盖1、电池盒2、固定板3、正极柱4、负极柱5、保护板6、保险管7、系统检测接头8、恢复按钮9及电芯10。电池盒2为长方体结构,上盖1与电池盒2均由螺钉固定连接。固定板3、保护板6及电芯10设置在电池盒2与上盖1构成的封闭的长方体中。 
正极柱4、负极柱5固定在上盖1上,并露出在上盖1的外表面上。保险管7、系统检测接头8、恢复按钮9设置在上盖1侧面上的相应孔位中,保险管7用于保护电池在短路等时候免受损坏,系统检测接头8用于与外部设备连接以检测电池,恢复按钮9用于使电池恢复到工作状态。 
固定板3上端固定在上盖1的内侧。保护板6固定在固定板3上,其中设有电池保护电路。 
电芯10由四个单体电芯串联而成,每个单体电芯均侧放于电池盒2中。单体电芯的正极采用磷酸铁锂作为正极材料。

1.汽车起动用磷酸铁锂电池,其特征在于:包括电池盒、上盖、极柱、及设置在电池盒中的电芯和保护板,电芯由四个以磷酸铁锂为正极材料制成的单体电芯串联而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车起动用磷酸铁锂电池,其特征在于:还包括设置在所述电池盒中的固定板,所述保护板固定在固定板上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的汽车起动用磷酸铁锂电池,其特征在于:还包括设置在所述上盖中的保险管。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的汽车起动用磷酸铁锂电池,其特征在于:还包括设置在所述上盖中的系统检测接头。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的汽车起动用磷酸铁锂电池,其特征在于:还包括设置在所述上盖中的恢复按钮。
