Abstract

一种喷枪,包括枪体、形成在所述枪体上的握把、设置在所述枪体上的进料口、进气口、与所述握把对应设置的扳机和与所述扳机连动的针塞,所述喷枪主体上设置有控制所述针塞移动距离的流量调节装置,所述流量调节装置设置在所述握把上方并靠近所述扳机。根据本实用新型提供的喷枪与调节装置设置在喷枪后端的喷枪相比,其操作更加简单,只需单手就可以控制喷枪的喷出量。

一种喷枪
技术领域
本实用新型涉及喷涂设备领域,特别涉及一种喷枪。
背景技术
传统的喷枪的流量调节装置设置在喷枪的后端。在喷枪使用时,使用者的一只手需要握住握把,如需要调节喷枪喷出的流量,需要用另一只手才能调节,这样操作起来很不方便。
例如,公告号为CN201346509Y,名称为“一种喷枪调节机构”的中国实用新型专利公开了一种喷枪调节机构,包括调节杆,调节杆末端设有螺纹与固定的螺纹套旋合,调节杆通过旋转而相对于螺纹套伸缩,调节杆前端活络连接有控制调节杆伸缩的调节钮,所述调节钮由前部的旋钮和与其活络连接的分度钮组成。旋钮和分度钮间通过定位齿和定位槽互相嵌合,调节杆的方形前端与分度钮后端的方形孔配合实现调节杆和分度钮的活络连接。机壳在分度钮的外侧和旋钮外侧都设有轴向限位径。这种结构的喷枪虽然不需要打开机壳就可以调节功率和喷出范围,但其还需要用另一只非握枪手对流量进行调节
实用新型内容:
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于克服上述现有技术之不足,提供一种结构简单、操作方便、在喷枪使用过程中可单手对喷枪的流量进行调节的喷枪。
根据本实用新型提出一种喷枪,包括枪体、形成在所述枪体上的握把、设置在所述枪体上的进料口、进气口、与所述握把对应设置的扳机和与所述扳机连动的针塞,所述喷枪枪体上设置有控制所述针塞移动距离的流量调节装置,所述流量调节装置设置在所述握把上方并靠近所述扳机。
根据本实用新型提供的喷枪还具有如下附加技术特征:
所述流量调节装置包括流量调节控制部、随所述流量调节部的动作而移动的定位部件,所述定位部件控制所述针塞的移动距离。
所述流量调节控制部为套设在所述针塞上的旋钮,所述旋钮与所述针塞之间设置有随所述旋钮的动作而移动的定位部件。
所述喷枪枪体上形成有镂空部,所述旋钮设置在所述镂空部内,所述旋钮适于绕所述针塞的轴线旋转。
所述定位部件为管状体,所述旋钮内壁上、所述定位部件外壁上分别形成对应的螺纹。
所述针塞上形成有适于与所述定位部一端抵靠的限位部,所述限位部为形成在所述针塞上的环状凸起。
所述定位部另一端连接有定位部套筒,所述定位部套筒固定在枪体上,所述定位部套筒内壁上形成有与定位部外壁上对应的螺纹。
所述旋钮呈齿轮状。
所述针塞上套设有对扳机施加反弹力的弹簧。
所述枪体上设置有与所述扳机连接的气流开关。
根据本实用新型提供的喷枪与现有技术相比至少具有如下优点:
根据本实用新型提供的喷枪与调节装置设置在喷枪后端的喷枪相比,其操作更加简单,只需单手就可以同时握住喷枪和控制喷枪的喷出量。

具体实施方式:
下面详细描述本实用新型的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同的标号表示相同的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例用于解释本实用新型,所述实施例是示例性的,而不能解释为对本实用新型的限制。
参见图1、图2所示,根据本实用新型提供的一种喷枪,包括枪体1、形成在所述枪体1上的握把2、设置在所述枪体1上的进料口3、进气口4、与所述握把2对应设置的扳机5和与所述扳机5连动的针塞6,所述针塞6的端头与所述喷枪的喷出口对应,通过调整所述端头与喷出口的距离、间隙来调整喷枪喷出量的大小,这样的机构在现有的喷枪中为较常见的机构,这里就不再赘述。所述喷枪枪体1上设置有控制所述针塞6移动距离的流量调节装置7,所述流量调节装置7设置在所述握把2上方并靠近所述扳机5。这里所说的所述流量调节装置7设置在所述握把2上方并靠近所述扳机5是指所述流量调节装置7设置在距离握枪手的拇指和食指较近处,可以通过拇指或食指对喷枪的喷出量进行调节,这样对喷枪的操作更加简单,只需单手就可以同时握住喷枪和控制喷枪的喷出量。
参见图1、图2所示,根据本实用新型的上述实施例,所述流量调节装置7包括流量调节控制部71、随所述流量调节部71的动作而移动的定位部件72,所述定位部件72控制所述针塞6的移动距离。需要说明的是这里的流量调节控制部71为握枪手的拇指和食指容易接触并控制的部件,通过控制流量调节控制部71来达到控制喷枪流量的目的。
参见图1、图2所示,根据本实用新型的上述实施例,所述流量调节控制部71为套设在所述针塞6上的旋钮,为了方便使用所述旋钮可以为齿轮状。所述旋钮与所述针塞6之间设置有随所述旋钮的动作而移动的定位部件72。通过旋钮的设置可以方便使用者的操作,只需通过旋转旋钮,例如用拇指或食指进行旋转,既可以轻松控制喷枪的喷出量。
参见图1、图2所示,根据本实用新型的上述实施例,所述喷枪枪体1上形成有镂空部19,所述旋钮设置在所述镂空部19内,所述旋钮适于绕所述针塞6的轴线旋转。这样的设置,方便使用者的操作,只需通过旋转旋钮,例如用拇指或食指进行旋转,既可以轻松控制喷枪的喷出量。所述旋钮可以设置成突出于所述枪体1左右两侧的形状,即所述旋钮6的厚度略大与喷枪枪体1的厚度,这样操作起来更加方便。
参见图1、图2所示,根据本实用新型的上述实施例,所述定位部件72为管状体,所述旋钮内壁上、所述定位部件72外壁上分别形成对应的螺纹。所述旋钮的与所述喷枪的相对位置是不变的,通过旋转所述旋钮就可以使与所述旋钮啮合的定位部件72移动,从而对所述针塞6的最大移动距离进行限定。
参见图1、图2所示,根据本实用新型的上述实施例,为了使所述定位部件72起到限定的作用,所述针塞6上形成有适于与所述定位部72一端抵靠的限位部61。这样通过调节所述定位部件72的移动,就可以控制所述针塞的最大行程。所述限位部61可以为形成在所述针塞6上的环状凸起,例如针塞6为一侧直径较小刚好可以穿过所述定位部件72的中心,一侧较出可以卡在所述定位部件72的端部。这样的环状凸起在加工针塞6时比较方便,生产成本较低。
参见图1、图2所示,根据本实用新型的上述实施例,所述定位部72另一端连接有定位部套筒9,所述定位部套筒9固定在枪体1上,所述定位部套筒9内壁上形成有与定位部72外壁上对应的螺纹。所述定位部套筒9可以对所述定位部72起到一定的支撑作用,使喷枪在使用过程中比较稳定,受到振动时,也不会对流量调节产生影响,并且增加了喷枪的使用寿命。
参见图1、图2所示,根据本实用新型的实施例,所述针塞6上套设有对扳机施加反弹力的弹簧10。为了给喷情提供高压气体,所述枪体1上可以设置有与所述扳机5连接的气流开关11。
尽管已经示出和描述了本实用新型的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本实用新型的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行变化,本实用新型的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (10)

1.一种喷枪,包括枪体、形成在所述枪体上的握把、设置在所述枪体上的进料口、进气口、与所述握把对应设置的扳机和与所述扳机连动的针塞,所述喷枪枪体上设置有控制所述针塞移动距离的流量调节装置,其特征在于:所述流量调节装置设置在所述握把上方并靠近所述扳机。
2.根据权利要求1所述的喷枪,其特征在于:所述流量调节装置包括流量调节控制部、随所述流量调节部的动作而移动的定位部件,所述定位部件控制所述针塞的移动距离。
3.根据权利要求2所述的喷枪,其特征在于:所述流量调节控制部为套设在所述针塞上的旋钮,所述旋钮与所述针塞之间设置有随所述旋钮的动作而移动的定位部件。
4.根据权利要求3所述的喷枪,其特征在于:所述喷枪枪体上形成有镂空部,所述旋钮设置在所述镂空部内,所述旋钮适于绕所述针塞的轴线旋转。
5.根据权利要求4所述的喷枪,其特征在于:所述定位部件为管状体,所述旋钮内壁上、所述定位部件外壁上分别形成对应的螺纹。
6.根据权利要求5所述的喷枪,其特征在于:所述针塞上形成有适于与所述定位部一端抵靠的限位部,所述限位部为形成在所述针塞上的环状凸起。
7.根据权利要求6所述的喷枪,其特征在于:所述定位部另一端连接有定位部套筒,所述定位部套筒固定在枪体上,所述定位部套筒内壁上形成有与定位部外壁上对应的螺纹。
8.根据权利要求3所述的喷枪,其特征在于:所述旋钮呈齿轮状。
9.根据权利要求1所述的喷枪,其特征在于:所述针塞上套设有对扳机施加反弹力的弹簧。
10.根据权利要求1所述的喷枪,其特征在于:所述枪体上设置有与所述扳机连接的气流开关。
