本实用新型涉及一种金属切削加工过程中的应用材料，更具体的说是指一种切削液过滤网。
背景技术
切削液是一种用在金属切、削、磨加工过程中，用来冷却和润滑刀具和加工件的工业用液体；而且，切削液易受到砂砾细粉、飘浮油、微生物和繁殖物等悬浮物和金属物的污染。切削液中的悬浮物会增大刀具磨损，损害人的皮肤，影响加工质量；金属粉末则具有很高的化学活性，会使切削液中的某些成分失效。这样一来，不仅降低了切削液的加工性能和加工效率，也不利于回收和排放。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足，提供了结构简单，使用方便，能同时对切削液中悬浮杂物和金属残渣进行有效过滤的一种切削液过滤网。
为实现上述技术目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：
一种切削液过滤网，该过滤网由上、中、下三层压制组成，上层和下层设置为磁性金属网，中层设置为混合纤维层。
优先地，所述磁性金属网的厚度设置为0.5～1.5mm，混合纤维层的厚度设置为1～10mm。
通过上述技术方案，本实用新型的有益效果是：
1、本实用新型的一种切削液过滤网设有磁性金属网和混合纤维层，能同时对切削液中悬浮杂物和金属残渣进行有效过滤的一种切削液过滤网。
2、本实用新型的一种切削液过滤网使用范围广，既适用于切削液添加之前的过滤之用，也适用于切削液回收时的过滤之用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细的说明。
如图1所示，一种切削液过滤网，该过滤网由上、中、下三层压制组成，上层和下层设置为磁性金属网1，中层设置为混合纤维层2。
将磁性金属网1的厚度设置为0.5～1.5mm，混合纤维层2的厚度设置为1～10mm；过滤网的厚度可以根据对应设备的具体情况进行调整。
将该过滤网安装在切削液添加设备上，混合纤维层2可以对切削液中的悬浮物进行有效过滤和拦截；将该过滤网安装在切削液回收设备上，磁性金属网1可以对切削液中的金属残渣进行强有效的吸附。而且，该磁性金属网1也便于清洗。
本实用新型结构简单，使用范围广，能对切削液中的金属杂物和悬浮物进行有效过滤。

1.一种切削液过滤网，其特征在于：该过滤网由上、中、下三层压制组成，上层和下层设置为磁性金属网(1)，中层设置为混合纤维层(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种切削液过滤网，其特征在于：所述磁性金属网(1)的厚度设置为0.5～1.5mm，混合纤维层(2)的厚度设置为1～10mm。
