本实用新型一种无主栅线的硅电池片,硅电池片表面仅印刷用来收集电流的副栅线,副栅线为银副栅线,副栅线宽度为0.1mm,数量为50根,横向均匀印刷在硅电池片表面。本实用新型的硅电池片表面只印刷横向较细的副栅线,而不印刷纵向较粗的主栅线,不仅能够有效地收集电流,而且增加了硅电池片的受光面积,从而提高了硅电池片的转换效率。

背景技术
如图1所示,目前常规的硅电池片上都有用来收集电流的横向较细的副栅线2和纵向较粗的主栅线3,但是这样结构的电池片的受光面积较小,电池的转换效率较低。也有的硅电池片表面既无主栅线也无副栅线,但这种结构不利于电流的收集。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:克服现有技术的不足,提供一种无主栅线的硅电池片,硅电池片的受光面积较大,电池转换效率较高。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种无主栅线的硅电池片,硅电池片表面仅印刷用来收集电流的副栅线。
进一步地,所述的副栅线为银副栅线,所述的副栅线的宽度为0.05~0.2mm,数量为20~80根,横向均匀印刷在硅电池片表面。
进一步地,所述的副栅线宽度为0.1mm,数量为50根,横向均匀印刷在硅电池片表面。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型的硅电池片表面只印刷横向较细的副栅线,而不印刷纵向较粗的主栅线,不仅能够有效地收集电流,而且增加了硅电池片的受光面积,从而提高了硅电池片的转换效率。
