本实用新型公开了一种搬运车的独立升降车轮机构,包括有车轮安装架,该车轮安装架包括有顶梁,所述的顶梁上可升降地设置有车轮升降杆,该车轮升降杆上固定设置有车轮转动轴,该车轮转动轴上可转动安装有车轮。本实用新型的优点是,应用于搬运车,有助于搬运车方便地适用各种路况,并最大地节省搬运工人劳动强度。

本实用新型涉及一种车轮机构,具体是指一种搬运车的独立升降车轮机构。
背景技术
现有搬运车的的车轮机构一般包括有车轮转动轴,以及可转动安装在车轮转动轴上的车轮。由于其车轮转动轴的高度是固定的,而车轮的大小也是固定的,因此,为了便于这种传统的四轮搬运车能适用高低起伏的路面,往往将车轮转动轴的高度设计的很高,以防止高低起伏的路面碰到车架的底部,但是对于一些路面状态起伏不大或平坦的路面,使用传统车轮机构的搬运车搬运货件,工人们需要将货件搬到很高的车架上,所需的劳动强度大,搬运效率低。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服现有技术存在的缺点和不足,而提供一种可节省工人劳动强度的一种搬运车的独立升降车轮机构。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案是包括有车轮安装架,该车轮安装架包括有顶梁,所述的顶梁上可升降地设置有车轮升降杆,该车轮升降杆上固定设置有车轮转动轴,该车轮转动轴上可转动安装有车轮。通过本设置,通过设置车轮安装架,并在其上设置有一个高度可调的车轮升降杆,实现了车轮的高度任意可调,因此,对于一些起伏不大的路面,可以将车架的底部高度调低到贴近路面,因此,工人在搬运货件时,将货件搬运到车上所做的功少,劳动强度大大降低,而对于一些起伏很大的路面,可以将车架的底部高度适当调高,以防止车架的底部与路面相碰,因此本实用新型应用搬运车,有助于搬运车方便地适用各种路况。
进一步设置是所述的车轮升降杆的上端设置有螺纹,该车轮升降杆的上端穿过顶梁且其上固定设置有升降调节螺母。
本实用新型的优点是,应用于搬运车,有助于搬运车方便地适用各种路况,并最大地节省搬运工人劳动强度。

具体实施方式
如图1-2所示的本实用新型的具体实施方式,包括有车轮安装架1,该车轮安装架1包括有顶梁11,所述的顶梁11上可升降地设置有车轮升降杆12,该车轮升降杆12上固定设置有车轮转动轴13,该车轮转动轴13上可转动安装有车轮14。本实施例该车轮14的转动安装可通过转动轴承等方式实现。此外,本实施例的所述的车轮升降杆的升降调节优选采用以下方式实现,具体是,所述的车轮升降杆12的上端设置有螺纹121,该车轮升降杆12的上端穿过顶梁11且其上固定设置有升降调节螺母15。
本实用新型,对于一些起伏不大的路面,通过调节车轮升降杆12的高度,使得搬运车的车架的底部高度调低到贴近路面,因此,工人在搬运货件时,将货件搬运到车上所做的功少,劳动强度大大降低,而对于一些起伏很大的路面,可以将车架的底部高度适当调高,以防止车架的底部与路面相碰,因此本实用新型应用搬运车,有助于搬运车方便地适用各种路况。

1.一种搬运车的独立升降车轮机构,其特征在于:包括有车轮安装架,该车轮安装架包括有顶梁,所述的顶梁上可升降地设置有车轮升降杆,该车轮升降杆上固定设置有车轮转动轴,该车轮转动轴上可转动安装有车轮。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种搬运车的独立升降车轮机构,其特征在于:所述的车轮升降杆的上端设置有螺纹,该车轮升降杆的上端穿过顶梁且其上固定设置有升降调节螺母。
