背景技术
铝线和铜芯是电缆中不可缺少的金属导线,所以铝线和铜线的拉制在整个电线电缆生产中占有十分重要的地位,拉制线材的原理是线材经过拉线模子,发生变形,使线经变细。在变形过程中,会产生较大的热量,使模子发烫,影响模子的使用寿命。同时使导线表面产生氧化,严重者导线断裂。过去拉线模处于拉线鼓轮上方,冷却液会发生不足现象,而且采用浸泡式冷却液容易从齿轮轴处渗漏到外面。传统的拉线主机的齿轮箱的齿轮往往用的是塔轮式,塔轮式是鼓轮直径按照由小到大排列,两排鼓轮纵向错位,由于小端鼓轮直径较小,对于大拉线机在缠绕大直径线材时,带来很大的困难,不便于操作。 
发明内容
鉴于以上现状,本实用新型提供一种拉线主机,解决了现有拉线主机工作冷却效果不好,使用过程会漏油的问题。 
本实用新型采用的技术方案如下: 
一种拉线主机,包括拉线齿轮箱、拉线油箱和模座,拉线油箱内装有拉线鼓轮,其特征在于:所述模座位于拉线鼓轮的下方,拉线鼓轮上部有喷油管。 
所述拉线油箱为整体焊接结构,箱底有快速进油阀门。 
本实用新型优点在于: 
将模座整体浸泡在拉丝液中,一方面使模座得以充分润滑和冷却,另一方面,采用模座下置式,也避免了机器在安装及使用过程中产生漏油的现象。

具体实施方式
一种拉线主机,包括拉线齿轮箱、拉线油箱和模座,拉线油箱内装有拉线鼓轮,所述模座位于拉线鼓轮的下方,拉线鼓轮上部有喷油管,拉线油箱为整体焊接结构,箱底有快速进油阀门。 
主机为右或左向操作排列,拉线模在拉线鼓轮下方布置。 
拉线油箱为整体焊接结构,正常工作时拉线鼓轮下部浸在拉线冷却油中,拉线鼓轮上部有喷油管单独喷油。箱底有快速进油阀门,工作时,油面达到一定高度可关闭快速进油阀门,由各模喷油孔来补充拉线冷却油,左右两侧设有溢流通道,槽底有两只转阀,以实现快速排放,正常工作时应处于关闭状态。油箱中油一般浸没拉线鼓轮的1/3处。

1.一种拉线主机,包括拉线齿轮箱(1)、拉线油箱(2)和模座(3),拉线油箱(2)内装有拉线鼓轮(4),其特征在于:所述模座位于拉线鼓轮(4)的下方,拉线鼓轮上部有喷油管(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的拉线主机,其特征在于:所述拉线油箱(2)为整体焊接结构,箱底有快速进油阀门(6)。
