Abstract

本实用新型公开一种采用正负双高压发生器的静电除油烟装置,由电晕丝和电极板组成。电极板包括负极板与零极板,负极板与零极板相互交替平行均匀布设于烟道相对的两侧内壁之间,并分别被对应的负极固定轴以及零极固定轴穿起来电连接并固定;两侧的正极固定轴之间电连接均匀布设的平行于电极板板缘的电晕丝;一正负双高压发生器,其正极、负极以及零极依次和正极固定轴、负极固定轴以及零极固定轴电连接。电晕丝与负极板和零极板之间均形成电场产生电晕,不存在电晕盲点区,并且电晕丝和负极板之间形成的电场是正、负双高压的叠加,是电晕丝和零极板之间电场的两倍,形成了不同强度的电场,油烟可以充分地被电晕极化并吸附在电极板上。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及抽油烟机技术领域,尤其是涉及到静电除油烟式抽油烟机。
背景技术
目前抽油烟机的静电除油烟装置,都是采用单高压发生器输出一组高压,由此产生电晕的同时吸附油烟分子。由于是单组高压输出,电晕丝和其中的一极电极板必然是同极的,它们之间不存在电场,不会产生电晕现象,也就说在油烟流经区域存在电晕盲点区。本身静电除油烟的原理是:油烟分子先被电晕极化,然后才由电极板吸附。因此流经电晕盲点区的油烟分子没有被极化,也就不会被吸附到电极板上而被直接排出。可见目前的静电除油烟式抽油烟机的除油烟效率还是很低,所以有必要研发一种高效率的除油烟装置,来提高静电除油烟式抽油烟机的除油烟效率,以净化空气、美化环境。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种采用正负双高压发生器的、高效率的静电除油烟装置。
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是通过以下的技术方案来实现的:一种高效静电除油烟装置,其安装在抽油烟机的烟道中,包括若干条极化油烟分子的电晕丝以及若干块吸附油烟分子的电极板,其特征在于:所述电极板包括负极板与零极板,沿着烟道的截面方向,所述负极板与零极板相互交替平行均匀布设于烟道相对的两侧内壁之间;所述电极板的入风口侧均匀布设有平行于所述电极板板缘的电晕丝;所述电晕丝、负极板以及零极板相互绝缘固定于一框架上;沿着油烟气流的方向,所述框架相对的两侧依次平行布设有正极固定轴、负极固定轴以及零极固定轴,所述负极固定轴以及零极固定轴分别把对应的负极板以及零极板穿起来电连接并固定,所述正极固定轴之间电连接电晕丝;设一正负双高压发生器,所述双高压发生器的正极、负极以及零极依次和所述正极固定轴、负极固定轴以及零极固定轴电连接。
在上述基础上,本实用新型可作出以下改进:沿着油烟气流的方向,所述两侧的负极固定轴之间以及零极固定轴之间的大致中间位置依次平行布设有同样和对应的零极板以及负极板穿起来电连接的零极固定轴以及负极固定轴。
采用本实用新型所带来的有益效果:由于本实用新型高效静电除油烟装置采用了正负双高压发生器供电,连接正极的电晕丝与负极板和零极板之间均形成电场产生电晕,也就说与每一块电极板都产生电场,也就不存在电晕盲点区,所以油烟可以充分地被电晕极化并吸附在电极板上。还有由于每个油烟分子的电性是不同的,被极化所需的电场强度也就有强弱之分,也就是说需要不同电场强度的电场。本实用新型正好能够提供此种所需,因为电晕丝和负极板之间形成的电场是正、负双高压的叠加,是电晕丝和零极板之间电场的两倍,在油烟流经的区域形成了不同强度的电场,就算不同电性的油烟分子都会被电晕极化并被吸附,除油烟的效果更加彻底。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明:
如图1所示,一种高效静电除油烟装置1,其安装在抽油烟机2的烟道3中,置于风机4之后。油烟先被风机利用离心力分离出大部分的粒度较大的油烟分子,然后被送入到烟道中。残余的油烟流经高效静电除油烟装置时,被电晕极化并被吸附。
电晕是在电晕丝与电极板之间形成高压电场产生的,电极板之间形成的高压电场是用来吸附极化油烟分子的,为了让电晕丝和每一块电极板都形成高压电场,使得整个区域不存在电晕盲点区,本实用新型高效静电除油烟装置采用了正负双高压发生器来实现。如图2-5所示,该高效静电除油烟装置包括若干条极化油烟分子的电晕丝以及若干块吸附油烟分子的电极板。电极板包括负极板5与零极板6,沿着烟道3的截面方向,负极板5与零极板6相互交替平行均匀布设于烟道3相对的两侧内壁之间。电极板的入风口侧均匀布设有平行于所述电极板板缘的电晕丝7。电晕丝7、负极板5以及零极板6相互绝缘固定于一框架上。沿着油烟气流的方向,框架9相对的两侧依次平行布设有正极固定轴10、负极固定轴11以及零极固定轴12,负极固定轴11以及零极固定轴12分别把对应的负极板5以及零极板6穿起来电连接并固定,正极固定轴10之间电连接电晕丝。设一正负双高压发生器8,双高压发生器8的正极、负极以及零极依次和所述正极固定轴10、负极固定轴11以及零极固定轴12电连接。电晕丝7和零极板6形成了高压电场,而电晕丝7和负极板5形成的电场是正高压和负高压的叠加,正好是前者的两倍,这样就形成了不同电场强度的高压,使得需要不同强度的高压来电晕极化的油烟分子都会被电晕极化,大大地提高了本实用新型的除油烟效果。
如图4、5所示,为了提高高效静电除油烟装置的整体刚性,以至电极板和电晕丝不发生变形,同样沿着油烟气流的方向,两侧的负极固定轴11之间以及零极固定轴12之间的大致中间位置还可以依次平行布设有同样和对应的零极板6以及负极板5穿起来电连接的零极固定轴12以及负极固定轴11。

1.一种高效静电除油烟装置,其安装在抽油烟机的烟道中,包括若干条极化油烟分子的电晕丝以及若干块吸附油烟分子的电极板,其特征在于:所述电极板包括负极板与零极板,沿着烟道的截面方向,所述负极板与零极板相互交替平行均匀布设于烟道相对的两侧内壁之间;所述电极板的入风口侧均匀布设有平行于所述电极板板缘的电晕丝;所述电晕丝、负极板以及零极板相互绝缘固定于一框架上;沿着油烟气流的方向,所述框架相对的两侧依次平行布设有正极固定轴、负极固定轴以及零极固定轴,所述负极固定轴以及零极固定轴分别把对应的负极板以及零极板穿起来电连接并固定,所述正极固定轴之间电连接电晕丝;设一正负双高压发生器,所述双高压发生器的正极、负极以及零极依次和所述正极固定轴、负极固定轴以及零极固定轴电连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的高效静电除油烟装置,其特征在于:沿着油烟气流的方向,所述两侧的负极固定轴之间以及零极固定轴之间的大致中间位置依次平行布设有同样和对应的零极板以及负极板穿起来电连接的零极固定轴以及负极固定轴。
