背景技术
[0002] 低低温电除尘器是一种较新型的电除尘器,因其具有除尘效率高、占地少、电耗低、可回收热量再利用、能有效去除烟气中大部分S03、运行稳定、维护工作量低等优点,在电力行业具有广阔应用市场。目前所使用的低低温电除尘器的结构为:包括烟气换热装置、进风烟箱、除尘器本体、出风管路,除尘器本体的下方设置有与其相通的灰斗,除尘器本体通过进风烟箱与烟气换热装置相连通,除尘器本体与出风管路相连通,在除尘器本体内设有集尘板及由电晕线形成的电场,在除尘器本体内还设置有能对集尘板进行振打清灰的振打清灰装置。在实际使用中,低低温电除尘器的出风管路一般与引风机的相连,引风机将通过烟气换热装置调温后的含尘烟气引入低低温电除尘器。低低温电除尘器的工作原理是:经过烟气换热装置调温后的含尘烟气在引风机的作用下通过进风烟箱进入除尘器本体,在除尘器本体内,电晕线接髙压直流电源的负极,集尘板接地为正极,电晕线通高压直流电后会形成一个足以使气体发生电离的电场,含尘烟气在电晕线周围强电场的作用下发生电离而带负电荷,带负电的含尘烟气中的烟尘在电场力的作用下向集尘板运动并沉积在集尘板上,当集尘到一定厚度后,通过振打清灰装置对集尘板进行振打,使被捕集到集尘板上的含尘烟气中的烟尘从集尘板上脱离并落入灰斗,而净化后的气体从出风管路排出,从而达到清除含尘烟气中烟尘的目的。上述低低温电除尘器的缺点是:二次扬尘会对低低温电除尘器的烟尘排放起决定性的作用,低低温电除尘器的二次扬尘主要由集尘板振打再飞散粉尘组成,而未能捕集的一次粒子仅仅占很小一部分,由于随温度降低,粉尘比电阻减少至1011以下,粉尘比电阻的降低会削弱被捕集到集尘板上的烟尘的静电黏附力,从而导致低低温电除尘器的二次扬尘现象比常规电除尘器严重,影响除尘性能。

[0012] 经过烟气换热装置11调温后的含尘烟气在引风机的作用通过进风烟箱I进入除尘器本体2的各仓室,含尘烟气经过各仓室中在电晕线周围强电场的作用下发生电离而带负电荷,带负电的烟尘在电场力的作用下向集尘板8移动并沉积在集尘板8上,从而完成对含尘烟气中烟尘的除尘作业,通过将含尘烟气经过多个电场,大大提高了对含尘烟气的除尘效果,经过各仓室内所有电场除尘后的烟气即为净烟气,净烟气会通过对应的出风支管4进入出风总管5 ;当某一仓室中的集尘板8工作一定时间后需进行振打清灰时,只需先关闭该需振打集尘板8所在仓室对应的出风支管4上的电动挡板门6、同时对该仓室内形成电场的电晕线停止供电,接着再启动需振打集尘板8对应的振打清灰装置9,使振打清灰装置9对该需振打的集尘板进行振打,由于该需振打集尘板8所在仓室的出口被电动挡板门6所关闭,引风机的吸力将不会作用于该需振打集尘板8所在的仓室,使该需振打集尘板8所在仓室内的含尘烟气处于暂时停止流动状态,这样被振打清灰装置9振打下来的粉尘会直接落入下方的灰斗中,而不会被引风机带出除尘器本体2,从而有效避免了二次扬尘现象的发生,大大降低了出口粉尘浓度,通过上述操作,即完成了对该仓室的振打清灰操作;而且各仓室实行错时振打清灰,即先对其中一个仓室进行振打清灰操作,其他仓室则继续进行除尘工作,这样即不会影响低低温电除尘器的正常除尘作业,又完成了对仓室的振打清灰操作,彻底避免了二次扬尘,提高了除尘效率;在使用过程中,也可以通过每个仓室对应的电动挡板门来调节每个仓室的烟气的流量,均衡各仓室有效荷载,保证了低低温电除尘器的运行可靠稳定。
