本实用新型涉及一种可自排蜡的干式定型模,在干式定型模距成型面在1mm~5mm的区域设置若干个开口于型材入口端、直径在1mm~4mm之间的开放式进气孔,所述开放式进气孔至少与干式定型模内的前2~4道气槽相通。本实用新型在干式定型模型材入口端设置与干式定型模内气槽相通的开放式进气孔,可以利用模头与型坯上散发出的热气流熔化干式定型模气槽、引气孔内的粉状析出物“蜡”,因而可以延长挤出模具的生产周期。

可自排蜡的干式定型模
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种可对型材在生产过程中定型模内气槽、引气孔内出现的粉状析出物“蜡”进行自主有效地清除的干式定型模,具体说是一种可自排蜡的干式定型模。
背景技术
由于型材配方体系中的内、外润滑剂,在剪切应力、自身与外界极性的综合作用下,当熔融型坯挤出模头时,内、外润滑剂中的极性粉状物质“蜡”等,会不断地从型坯内部向型坯表面转移即析出。在型坯进入定型模后,在定型模真空的吸附下,这些析出物会不断地沉积在定型模内的气槽、引气孔内,会影响真空吸附效果,严重时将完全堵塞气槽,致使挤出产品不能正常成型,严重影响了产品质量和模具的生产周期。另一方面,部分析出物一旦固化在定型模气槽中,会将熔坯的表面划伤,影响型材的表面质量。因此,必须定期(通常是8~12天)对定型模进行清理维护,清除沉积在气槽、引气孔内的粉状析出物“蜡”,导致生产不能连续进行,降低了生产效率。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术中存在的不足之处,提供一种可自排蜡的干式定型模,对型材在生产过程中出现的粉状析出物“蜡”进行及时有效的清除,提高型材的表面质量,延长模具的生产周期。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用了以下技术方案:在干式定型模距成型面在1mm~5mm的区域设置若干个开口于型材入口端、直径在1mm~4mm之间的开放式进气孔,所述开放式进气孔至少与干式定型模内的前2~4道气槽相通。
由于开放式进气孔与干式定型模内前端的气槽相通,模头与型坯上散发出的热气流(模头上附有加热装置,其加热后的温度一般不底于180℃,热气流温度一般不底于100℃)通过开放式进气孔被吸入定型模内,熔化干式定型模气槽、引气孔内的粉状析出物“蜡”(型材材配方中蜡的熔点一般为40℃~80℃),再通过真空气室吸出已成半液态的析出物“蜡”,因而可以延长挤出模具的生产周期。
上述开放式进气孔距成型面的距离以2mm~4mm较好,距离太远会减弱对型坯表面粉状析出物“蜡”的吸附作用,距离太近则不易加工。
上述开放式进气孔的直径在2mm~3mm较好,直径过大会降低干式定型模的吸附效果,型材易弯曲;直径过小吸进的热气流量不足,难以将粉状析出物“蜡”熔化。
由上述技术方案可知,本实用新型在干式定型模型材入口端设置与干式定型模内气槽相通的开放式进气孔,可以利用模头与型坯上散发出的热气流熔化干式定型模气槽、引气孔内的粉状析出物“蜡”,因而可以延长挤出模具的生产周期。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,干式定型模1上设置若干个开口于型材4入口端的开放式进气孔14,开放式进气孔14至少与干式定型模1内的前2~4道气槽13相通,本例是与前3道气槽相通。开放式进气孔14距成型面高度在1mm~5mm,最好是2mm~4mm;开放式进气孔14直径在1mm~4mm之间,最好是2mm~3mm。
生产时,模头3与型材4上散发出的热气流2通过开放式进气孔14被吸入干式定型模1内,经干式定型模1内的引气孔12和真空气室11经抽气接头15被抽出,抽气接头15上装有调节阀16。热气流2经过引气孔12和真空气室11的同时,熔化其中的粉状析出物“蜡”,并随气流吸出。由于粉状析出物“蜡”在定型模内不易沉积,因而可以将挤出模具的生产周期延长至30天以上。

1.可自排蜡的干式定型模,其特征在于:在干式定型模(1)距成型面在1mm~5mm的区域设置若干个开口于型材(4)入口端、直径在1mm~4mm之间的开放式进气孔(14),所述开放式进气孔(14)至少与干式定型模(1)内的前2~4道气槽(13)相通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可自排蜡的干式定型模,其特征在于:开放式进气孔(14)距成型面的距离为2mm~4mm。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的可自排蜡的干式定型模,其特征在于:开放式进气孔(14)的直径在2mm~3mm。
