Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种新型一体化汽缸头设计的燃烧室的发动机。该新型发动机,由链条与顶杆结合构成,其特征在于新产品采用双椭圆拓宽型燃烧室技术,增强涡流压力,减小燃烧死角;新产品的下置凸轮为双顶凸轮,一个顶负荷进气摇臂,一个顶负荷排气摇臂。本实用新型克服了以往的摩托车发动机噪音大、功率小、高速性能差和油耗偏高的问题,提供了一种发动机噪音小、功率大、高速性能好、耗油偏低的新型发动机。

本实用新型涉及一种新型摩托车四冲程汽油机汽缸头及汽缸体,该新型汽缸头及汽缸体用于摩托车生产领域。 
背景技术
传统的四冲程顶杆式下置凸轮轴(OHV)式发动机的摩托车噪音大、功率小、高速性能差、油耗偏高。 
发明内容
为了解决上述的技术问题,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:采用双椭圆拓宽型燃烧室技术的发动机为动力源,同时,发动机配气传动机改传统下置凸轮顶杆机的曲轴正时齿为正时链条,改传统顶置凸轮为双顶凸轮,一个顶负荷进气摇臂,一个顶负荷排气摇臂。 
本实用新型的发动机动力源新型双椭圆拓宽多边体燃烧室采用49×49mm的宽空间燃烧室尺寸设计,将燃烧室内的燃烧死角充分燃烧,产生强大的涡流气压,提高汽缸工作气压,产生强劲的输出功率和扭力并能降低爆震。 
本实用新型发动机配气传动机改传统下置凸轮顶杆机的曲轴正时齿为正时链条,采用顺滑的链条式传动,曲轴链轮传动配气系统链条1,自动涨紧器2自动调节链条涨紧板3压紧链条,减小传动过程中链条收缩及反弹产生的间隙从而降低噪音;再由配气链条1带动配气链轮4,配气链轮4又传动顶置的凸轮轴5,由凸轮轴5传给气门摇臂6,又由摇臂螺钉7传给气门8,凸轮轴5与气门摇臂6有一个接触点,气门摇臂6摆动使气门8恢复所调整 的0.05mm间隙返回到凸轮轴5与气门摇臂6的接触点。本实用新型发动机配气传动机改传统顶置凸轮为双顶凸轮,气门摇臂也有两个,双顶凸轮一个顶负荷进气摇臂,一个顶负荷排气摇臂,所以只有共2个接触点可产生噪音,再采用弹簧式摇臂噪音更小。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型改进了现有的技术,提高了发动机功率和扭矩及降低油耗、拆装方便。
