本实用新型涉及热轧带钢平整分卷机组领域,尤其涉及一种带钢卷取机卷筒,包括扇形板,其特征在于,扇形板外弧为双曲率结构,中间为胀径曲率值弧段,两侧与缩径曲率值弧段相切。与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点是:扇形板外弧面为双曲率圆弧结构,使卷取机卷筒缩径状态时各处直径均小于等于缩颈值,保证了带钢卷内圈有足够的回弹空间,减少自动卸卷过程中钢卷的内表面损伤,避免了废品的产生,提高了产品质量和成材率,增加了企业的生产效益。

本实用新型涉及热轧带钢平整分卷机组领域,尤其涉及一种带钢卷取机卷筒。 
背景技术
热轧带钢卷取机卷筒在自动卸卷过程中,普遍存在卷筒扇形板边缘沿轴向方向的外表面产生划伤钢卷内径表面的现象,基本上所有的平整分卷机组生产线上,在处理抗拉强度、屈服强度分别接近700Mpa、640Mpa的极限值或4.0mm以上厚度的板材时,钢卷内表面都会有划伤的现象发生,也就是说:在生产上述规格钢材时,每个钢卷的内圈都要有1100mm~1800mm长度不等的废品产生,严重影响了产品的质量和企业生产效益。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种带钢卷取机卷筒,减少自动卸卷过程中钢卷的内表面损伤,提高产品质量和成材率,增加企业生产效益。 
为实现上述目的,本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现: 
一种带钢卷取机卷筒,包括扇形板,其特征在于,扇形板外弧为双曲率结构,中间为胀径曲率值弧段,两侧与缩径曲率值弧段相切。 
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点是:扇形板外弧面为双曲率圆弧结构,使卷取机卷筒缩径状态时各处直径均小于或等于缩颈值,保证了带钢卷内圈有足够的回弹空间,减少自动卸卷过程中钢卷的内表面损伤,避免了废品的产生,提高了产品质量和成材率,增加了企业的生产效益。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式作进一步说明: 
见图1,是本实用新型平整分卷机组一种带钢卷取机卷筒实施例胀径状态结构示意图,以1780平整分卷机组卷取机卷筒为例,扇形板1外弧为双曲率结构,中间为胀径ф762mm 的曲率半径弧段,两侧与缩径ф737mm的曲率半径弧段相切,胀径后,卷筒外径达到ф762mm卷板尺寸,卷取机正常卷板。 
见图2,是本实用新型一种带钢卷取机卷筒实施例缩径状态结构示意图,缩径后,卷筒外径均匀达到ф737mm,与钢卷内径形成12.5mm的间隙,该间隙尺寸一般大于钢卷内径回弹量,从而减少自动卸卷过程中钢卷的内表面损伤,如扇形板1两侧不设置ф737mm的曲率半径弧段,扇形板1相对侧边卷筒外径会达到ф744mm,与钢卷内径只有9mm的间隙,此间隙小于钢卷内径回弹量,因此造成自动卸卷过程中钢卷的内表面损伤。
