Abstract
一种大容量无芯感应电炉，包括炉体、感应电炉电源、冷却水装置，其特征是炉体由炉壳、保温绝热层、炉衬组成，在炉体顶面或侧面上安装有感应线圈，感应线圈内装有传热体，传热体另一端直至炉衬内腔中，感应线圈与传热体之间填充有保温绝热材料。将感应线圈与炉体熔池分离，炉体容量可以做到5～100吨大容量，连续进出料，生产效率高，降低了能耗，故障率低，使用寿命长。

本实用新型涉及一种金属冶炼设备，特别是一种大容量无芯感应电炉。
背景技术
现有的无芯感应电炉是在感应线圈内装配由导磁材料和绝热耐火材料制作的坩埚，容量小，一般小于5吨，生产效率低，能耗高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服上述不足之处，而提供一种生产效率高，能耗低，使用寿命长的大容量无芯感应电炉。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：大容量无芯感应电炉包括炉体、感应电炉电源、冷却水装置，其特征是炉体由炉壳、保温绝热层、炉衬组成，在炉体顶面或侧面上安装有感应线圈，感应线圈内装有传热体，传热体另一端直至炉衬内腔中，感应线圈与传热体之间填充有保温绝热材料。
本实用新型由于采用以上设计，将感应线圈与炉体熔池分离，炉体容量可以做到5～100吨大容量，连续进出料，生产效率高，降低了能耗，故障率低，使用寿命长。

具体实施方式
现结合附图所示实施例对本实用新型作出详细说明。
如图1所示，大容量无芯感应电炉包括炉体、感应电炉电源1、冷却水装置2，炉体由炉壳3、保温绝热层4、炉衬5组成，其中炉壳3由10～12mm钢板焊接成，炉衬5由硅质或铝质或铬镁质或锆质等耐火材料筑成。炉体顶面上安装有感应线圈6，感应线圈6内装有石墨传热体7，石墨传热体7下端直至炉衬5内腔中，感应线圈6与石墨传热体7之间填充有保温绝热材料8。

1.一种大容量无芯感应电炉，包括炉体、感应电炉电源(1)、冷却水装置(2)，其特征是炉体由炉壳(3)、保温绝热层(4)、炉衬(5)组成，在炉体顶面或侧面上安装有感应线圈(6)，感应线圈(6)内装有传热体(7)，传热体(7)另一端直至炉衬(5)内腔中，感应线圈(6)与传热体(7)之间填充有保温绝热材料(8)。
