一种感应加热塔盘式真空蒸馏炉,包括炉壳、炉盖,其特征是炉壳内上部通过底座安装有蒸发塔盘,蒸发塔盘外依次包有炉衬、感应线圈,炉壳内下部为冷凝室,蒸发塔盘周围的蒸汽通道通过底座上的蒸汽通孔与冷凝室连通,冷凝室侧面炉壳的上、下部分别开有与冷凝室连通的真空泵接口、放料口,另配置有配套的真空泵、感应电炉电源。使用时,蒸发塔盘在感应线圈电磁场作用下产生热能,实现真空状态下的物质汽化蒸馏,物质汽化蒸馏表面积大,蒸馏效率高,能耗低,故障率低,广泛适用于有色金属及其化合物的蒸馏分离。

本实用新型涉及一种真空蒸馏设备,特别是一种感应加热塔盘式真空蒸馏炉。
背景技术
现有的感应加热真空蒸馏炉是在感应线圈内安装石墨或粘土石墨坩埚构成,物质汽化蒸馏表面小、蒸馏效率低,能耗高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服上述不足之处,而提供一种蒸馏效率高、能耗低,故障率低的感应加热塔盘式真空蒸馏炉。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:感应加热塔盘式真空蒸馏炉包括炉壳、炉盖,其特征是炉壳内上部通过底座安装有蒸发塔盘,蒸发塔盘外依次包有炉衬、感应线圈,炉壳内下部为冷凝室,蒸发塔盘周围的蒸汽通道通过底座上的蒸汽通孔与冷凝室连通,冷凝室侧面炉壳的上、下部分别开有与冷凝室连通的真空泵接口、放料口,另配置有配套的真空泵、感应电炉电源。
本实用新型由于采用以上结构改进,使用时,分别接通真空泵、感应电炉电源,蒸发塔盘在感应线圈电磁场作用下产生热能,实现真空状态下的物质汽化蒸馏。物质汽化蒸馏表面积大,蒸馏效率高,能耗低,故障率低。广泛适用于有色金属及其化合物的蒸馏分离。

具体实施方式
现结合附图所示实施例对本实用新型作出详细说明。
如图1所示,感应加热塔盘式真空蒸馏炉包括由10~12㎜不锈钢板焊接成的炉壳1、炉盖8,炉壳1内上部通过底座9安装有由纯石墨或粘土石墨制成的蒸发塔盘2,蒸发塔盘2外依次包有由硅质、铝质或铬镁质耐火材料筑成的炉衬4、感应线圈3,炉壳1内下部为冷凝室5,蒸发塔盘2周围的蒸汽通道通过底座9上的蒸汽通孔10与冷凝室5连通,冷凝室5侧面炉壳1的上、下部分别开有与冷凝室5连通的真空泵接口7、放料口6,另配置有如图2、图3所示的配套的感应电炉电源11、真空泵12。

1.一种感应加热塔盘式真空蒸馏炉,包括炉壳(1)、炉盖(8),其特征是炉壳(1)内上部通过底座(9)安装有蒸发塔盘(2),蒸发塔盘(2)外依次包有炉衬(4)、感应线圈(3),炉壳(1)内下部为冷凝室(5),蒸发塔盘(2)周围的蒸汽通道通过底座(9)上的蒸汽通孔(10)与冷凝室(5)连通,冷凝室(5)侧面炉壳(1)的上、下部分别开有与冷凝室(5)连通的真空泵接口(7)、放料口(6),另配置有配套的真空泵(12)、感应电炉电源(11)。
