我国农村多数地区仍是采用大锅灶燃烧柴火,稻草等燃料来烧饭坐水,因为燃料的热量利用率不高,绝大多数燃烧产生的可燃气体都直接散发到大气中去了,造成很大的浪费,且烟气中含碳量高,对大气的污染较为严重。

为解决现有技术存在的问题,本实用新型特提供了一种生物质气化炉,通过气化炉与燃气灶结合的结构方式,能够将绝大部分生物质燃料转化成燃气,大大提高了燃料利用率,其节能高效,安全可靠,使用方便,寿命很长,非常适合向广大农村群众推广使用。
本实用新型采用的技术方案为:
一种生物质气化炉,包括气化炉、燃气灶:气化炉炉体内安装有炉膛内胆,炉体上端设有密封圈盖,炉体中部侧壁上安装有出气管,出气管与炉膛内胆相连通,出气管前端连接到废气管,出气管下端连接到过滤器上端的入气口,过滤器中部的出气口连接到燃气管,燃气管连接到燃气灶,过滤器下端的出油口连接到回油管,回油管与炉膛内胆相连通;炉膛内胆的底端为涡流底盘,炉体底部侧壁外安装有进气管,进气管连接到涡流底盘下端,进气管上安装有鼓风机,进气管具有一分支连接到燃气灶。
所述炉体为金属板焊接而成,所述炉膛内胆为保温隔热材料制成,所述涡流底盘为圆盘状,其上具有若干旋转的放射线型凸起,凸起中具有若干通气孔;所述过滤器为一金属圆筒,其上有若干细小圆孔,金属圆筒外套装有金属外壳,金属外壳上端开有入气口、中部开有出气口、下端开有出油口。
