本实用新型涉及一种挖掘机三铰点连杆机构,属于挖掘机工作装置连杆机构技术领域。
背景技术
目前,在挖掘机的工作装置连杆机构结构中,基本都采用两铰点结构,铲斗油缸和摇臂铰接在一端,连杆的另一端和铲斗铰接。大型挖掘机采用短斗杆、大斗容,在结构布置时,如果使用两铰点连杆,要达到最大挖掘力时,往往需要较长的摇臂、连杆、液压缸行程,但这样会使铲斗的总转动角度减小或斗杆上的铲斗油缸铰点靠后而不易布置。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种在铲斗油缸行程较短、总转动角度相同的情况下,解决结构布置问题的连杆机构。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案是提供了一种挖掘机三铰点连杆机构,其特征在于:包括具有三个铰点的连杆,连杆的三个铰点分别与左/右摇臂、铲斗油缸和铲斗相连。
本实用新型不再采用两铰点结构,而是将铲斗油缸和摇臂分开用铰接在连杆上。其结构简单可靠,成本低,提高了初始挖掘力和挖掘速度的问题,很容易在大型挖掘机上实施。

如图1所示,为本实用新型提供的一种挖掘机三铰点连杆机构,包括具有三个铰点的连杆1,连杆1的结构如图2所示,连杆1的三个铰点分别与左/右摇臂2、铲斗油缸3和铲斗5相连。
本实用新型使挖掘机在短斗杆4、大斗容的结构布置时,在铲斗油缸3行程较短、总转动角度相同的情况下,实现最大的初始挖掘力和最快的挖掘速度。
