本实用新型涉及一种管帽,尤其是一种防腐性能好、成本低廉的双金属复合管帽。
背景技术:
管帽是列入《管接头和管件选用手册》的标准管接头,已广泛应用于石油、化工、水电、冶金、纺织等行业的管路中。现有管帽有帽体及管接口,其帽体是由高强度的碳钢或耐腐蚀的合金钢或奥氏不锈钢等单一材料制成,碳钢成本低但防腐性能差,而耐腐蚀的合金钢或奥氏不锈钢虽防腐性能好,但成本较高。
发明内容:
本实用新型是为了解决现有技术所存在的上述技术问题,提供一种防腐性能好、成本低廉的双金属复合管帽。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:一种双金属复合管帽,有帽体,帽体上有管接口,所述帽体由防腐内层与碳钢外层冶金复合而成。
所述管接口端口处的防腐内层与碳钢外层呈阶梯状,所述防腐内层前凸2~6mm。
所述碳钢外层的端面为由内至外向下倾斜的斜面。
所述碳钢外层的斜面倾斜角为20~25度。
所述碳钢外层的斜面由内至外分为两段,第一段的倾斜角为22.5~32.5度,第二段的倾斜角为9~11度。
本实用新型的帽体是由防腐内层与碳钢外层冶金复合而成,既有耐腐蚀合金钢或不锈钢的优良耐腐蚀性能,又有碳钢的高强度特性,同时成本低廉。特别是用于与管路焊接的坡口设计,即可保证与管路牢固结合、不会产生渗漏,又可确保原有的优良耐腐蚀性能不因焊接而改变。

具体实施方式:
下面将结合附图说明本实用新型的具体实施方式。本实用新型实施例1、2的基本结构如图1所示,有形状与现有技术相同的帽体1,帽体1上有管接口2,与现有技术所不同的是所述帽体1由防腐内层3(如镍基合金、钛基合金或不锈钢)与碳钢外层4冶金复合而成,可用现有的爆炸、钎焊、液压膨胀等方法,制成冶金结合的复合板,再进一步加工而成。管接口的坡口设计应保证与管件焊接时为分层焊接,可如图2、图3所示:管接口2端口处的防腐内层3与碳钢外层4呈阶梯状,所述防腐内层3前凸2~6mm,碳钢外层4的端面为由内至外向下倾斜的斜面。实施例1的坡口如图2所示:所述碳钢外层4的斜面倾斜角(即与管接口2径向之间的夹角)为20~25度。实施例2的坡口如图3所示:所述碳钢外层4的斜面由内至外分为两段,第一段(19mm厚)的倾斜角为22.5~32.5度,第二段的倾斜角为9~11度。
本实用新型的规格及型式尺寸与公差应符合GB/T13401的规定。

1.一种双金属复合管帽,有帽体(1),帽体(1)上有管接口(2),其特征在于:所述帽体(1)由防腐内层(3)与碳钢外层(4)冶金复合而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双金属复合管帽,其特征在于:所述管接口(2)端口处的防腐内层(3)与碳钢外层(4)呈阶梯状,所述防腐内层(3)前凸2~6mm。
3.根据权利要求2所述的双金属复合管帽,其特征在于:所述碳钢外层(4)的端面为由内至外向下倾斜的斜面。
4.根据权利要求3所述的双金属复合管帽,其特征在于:所述碳钢外层(4)的斜面倾斜角为20~25度。
5.根据权利要求3所述的双金属复合管帽,其特征在于:所述碳钢外层(4)的斜面由内至外分为两段,第一段的倾斜角为22.5~32.5度,第二段的倾斜角为9~11度。
