(二)背景技术
许多的回收部门从社会上回收到大量的纸塑复合膜类废料，通过自动打包机打成了1m3的废料包，这种废料包在再利用处理前需要通过破解才能得到处理再利用。现在在很多回收再利用企业都是用人工来破解废料包，不仅劳动强度大，破碎不彻底，而且工作效率低下。
(三)发明内容
本实用新型为了弥补现有技术的缺陷，提供了一种破碎高效彻底的自动破包机。
本实用新型是通过如下技术方案实现的：
一种自动破包机，包括机体，机体上设有进料口和出料口，其特征是：机体外壁上设有转道和大齿轮，所述转道的底端安装有托辊，所述大齿轮与小齿轮配合相连接，小齿轮与减速机相连接，减速机与电动机相连接；机体内壁上安装有螺旋分布的的叶片，叶片上焊接有多个刺钉。
该自动破包机，刺钉为螺旋布置在叶片上的弯度勾钉，可以将纸塑废料破碎彻底。
本实用新型的有益效果是：该自动破包机，结构设计合理，主要用于废料包的破碎，不仅减少了劳动强度，且破碎量大、破碎彻底、破碎效率高，同时具有耗能低、噪音低、维修方便的优点。

附图为本实用新型的一种具体实施例。该自动破包机，包括机体1，机体1上设有进料口9和出料口12，其特征是：机体1外壁上设有转道2和大齿轮3，所述转道2的底端安装有托辊5，所述大齿轮3与小齿轮6配合相连接，小齿轮6与减速机7相连接，减速机7与电动机8相连接；机体1内壁上安装有螺旋分布的的叶片4，叶片4上焊接有多个刺钉11，刺钉11为螺旋布置在叶片4上的弯度勾钉。
该自动破包机，运行时，纸塑废料由自动上料台通过进料口9进入到破包机体内，电动机8带动减速机7运行，减速机7带动小齿轮6转动，小齿轮6带动大齿轮3转动从而使整个机体1转动，机体1转动时支撑在托辊5上，托辊5安装在托辊支架10上。机体1转动时，将废料包在机体1内不断地从高处摔落，通过叶片4和刺钉11的作用使废料包得到充分碎解。在叶片4螺旋输送的作用下，破碎好的废料从出料口12推出。电动机8为变频电机，用户可根据所需产量大小，调节电动机8的转速，使用更加方便。

1.一种自动破包机，包括机体(1)，机体(1)上设有进料口(9)和出料口(12)，其特征是：机体(1)外壁上设有转道(2)和大齿轮(3)，所述转道(2)的底端安装有托辊(5)，所述大齿轮(3)与小齿轮(6)配合相连接，小齿轮(6)与减速机(7)相连接，减速机(7)与电动机(8)相连接；机体(1)内壁上安装有螺旋分布的的叶片(4)，叶片(4)上焊接有多个刺钉(11)。
