Abstract

一种新型的工业燃气炉窑。它是一种不使用喷嘴的燃烧装置。它属于应用多微孔,无焰燃烧而产生远红外线来辐射传热的加热物体的炉窑装置。对比工业上大多采用的电炉加热或天然气喷嘴燃烧加热,本实用新型装置实现的对工件加热,是不使用喷嘴、无火焰远红外辐射加热,大大提高了热效率和节能减排。改装置实施的要点是:设计制造的空气/燃气混合装置及燃烧装置既能产生远红外线,又避开了安全的点火极限(538℃)和燃爆混合体积比(5.3/15)。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种使用天然气作燃料的工业用途加热炉窑;具体地说,它是一种不使用喷嘴燃烧的远红外辐射加热炉窑装置。 
背景技术
工业生产中对被加热的物体一般采用固体煤燃烧时产生高温气流对被加热物对流传热的方式来加热,进而发展到用电流,气或液的流体来加热。现有的工业燃气加热炉窑有箱式和井式圆筒两种,它们都是使用喷嘴进行燃烧,用对流和辐射传热来加热。 
发明内容
本实用新型提供了一种工业燃气炉窑新装置。它与现有的燃气炉窑相比,是没有燃气喷嘴,而使用微孔远红外辐射传热为主来加热被加热体。 
本实用新型发明的炉窑装置,它是由箱式炉体,空气/燃气混合室,远红外点火燃烧室,容纳被加热体的加热室经装配成炉体构成,燃烧室是由高温耐火材料做成孔径不大于3mm密度8~10目的多微孔的辐射板构成。

具体实施方式
工业燃气规定的压力,流量及被加热物体的热容量,外形尺寸等具体实施方式决定空气/燃气混合的最佳比例以达到充分燃烧;同时工件加热工艺过程要求的温度规范,使自适应供气可优化并节约用气量。 
本实用新型实施例,使将一个75KW的电加热淬火炉改造成无喷嘴工业燃气炉窑。节能经济效果对比如下:工件加热质量500千克,1000摄氏度保温一个小时,耗电75度,需总热量64500大卡,电费¥48.75元;改用本新型燃气炉窑后则用气7.6m3,¥10.33元,节能经济效果十分显著。

1.一种新型的无喷嘴工业燃气炉窑,它是由炉体、混合室、燃烧室、加热室装配成炉体组成,其技术特征是由高温耐火材料做成孔径不大于3mm,密度8~10目的多微孔辐射板构成。
